We’re currently working on an update for the CVC tune! We don’t push out updates often, and we don’t plan to update often. We don’t want to push something out that requires update after update. We aim to have a solid tune that will last the life of your truck so you can get it once and not have to worry about meeting up again. That being said, the phrase “there’s always room for improvement” is taken with a grain of salt. If we have to update our tune 7 or 8 times to keep up with competition, then that’s 7 updates that should’ve been done in the first place and were sub par. We have one update coming out for you guys, and we want to keep thing simple and stay true to our values. We’ve made small changes with big results. Even with that, it’s a little more on the conservative side to ensure reliability for a lot of variables like various gas quality, environment, altitude, etc. If you want to push the limits of your truck, there’s a bit more knowledge involved on the driver’s side that people don’t understand. We’ll have something for those drivers too. Updates have been made, but we will be doing trial runs for another month to make sure it’s ready to push out publicly. Thank you for a very informative and positive update. I'm very satisfied with the CVC tune and appreciate your "get it done right the first time" attitude and for me, the "set and forget" philosophy works well.

As one who very recent got the CVC tune for my Tacoma from Blaze Off-Road, I'm curious about the CVC tune updates notification process/policy. Do I get informed a new CVC tune update is available or do I contact my vendor, Blaze Off-Road, once I see the release date here?

I'll be tuning with updates locally here in Northern California in the mean time while a few tuners will be testing out the tune. This gives us time to collect feedback and duplicate changes for multiple different Calibration ID's. We will have not only an update for the Tacomas, but have developed the CVC Tunes for the Tundras and 4Runners as well. On top of this, we have messages coming in from many platforms (i.e. Tacoma World, Facebook, IG, Email, etc.) whiles still hosting tuning meets and now introducing the new platforms as they're available. Plus, we're working on getting merchandise out and our official website up where people can purchase remote tuning kits, etc.. A lot of changes coming up at once, and we'll take everything one step at a time. But I assure you, I'm constantly working to make our tunes accessible to everyone and ensure everyone is satisfied with our product and taken care of. Can't wait to get the updated coyoza tune. I've been running the current version for about 4k miles and love it. Can only imagine what cvc has improved upon. I came from the OV superFOB and the coyoza has been so much better.

Finally got the opportunity to get my truck tuned! Couldn’t be happier…. Power comes on smoothly and very linear…. Low RPM stumble gone… This is how my 6-speed should drive… Tnx Chan.
