I have a 2022 trd AT, is the tune compatible for this year? I live near Denver.

Yes! You can purchase our tune in Denver from blazeoffroad.com. Purchase the tune and he'll reach out to you to schedule locally in Denver. Ask for v3.0 and I'll make sure to get him the updated file for your truck.

 

I have the CVC Tune on my 2020 SR. It rocks. The truck is faster on the street and on the freeway. Better mileage too since I am not constantly shifting. ECT is my sport mode. I use it mostly in the mountains going down hill. In Drive, I am always in gear. I love being in the correct gear when accelerating out of a corner. I recommend getting the CVC Tune. Really awesome upgrade. Thank you Chan!

Installed newest version of the CVC Tune. I was already very impressed by the first version. But the new tune has much more of a low end grunt that the engine was lacking. Even at altitude heading up to Lake Tahoe the engine seemed happier and truck felt lighter. This is with 33”, sliders and full skids. Well done Chan

 

When will you be in my area? I'd like to get my 2022 off road tuned.
Fairfield/Vacaville/Suisun/Travis AFB. I'd love to get my truck tuned before my trip to Vegas.

 

After 1k miles on the tune I think this is how the trucks should have left the factory. More consistent power, I'm not mashing the pedal to get it moving, and off-roading is great

 

Best mod on my taco!!!!!

Hey @chanvchau. I was referred to you by Mason DeCosta. He's helping me with my '21 Taco with a whole bunch of upgrades. I told him I was thinking about re-gearing and then he suggested I get the CVC tune by you instead. Will you be in Vegas anytime after May? thanks!

Can anybody confirm if the CVC tune gets reset when the ground battery terminal is removed?

I need to do some wiring for my ditch lights and was told that when you disconnect the battery, the tune is reset to factory.

Can anybody confirm?

**Update**

Confirmed from the good sir Chan himself.

Removing the battery terminals just clears DTCs, it doesnt not reset the tune to factory. The truck will relearn the values.

The only way for the tune to go back to factory is to reflash the ECU.

Does the cvc tune also work for v4 2019 tacomas or is there another tune yall know that will work for my platform

 

Still trying to figure out what V4 Toyota built. I only know of a inline 4cyl which is the 2.7 and the V6 3.5 so can you educate me on the V4? Thanks
