Thanks man! I was debating on whether or not to get the half piping. I'm so glad I didnt. It gives it a much cleaner look IMO.

Realtree Ap looks awesome IMO. Major PITA to install ended up taking seats out, but looks good

 

I was always a big fan of the mossy oak break up but that pattern looks good! You removed the rear seats? I put mine on the rear no problem with the seat in the truck. I did remove the fronts to install the seat covers.

 

Yea i had an issue getting the velcro to line up only 2 bolts per seat and looks better

 

Quick question about these. Do they include the pocket at the bottom for the seatbelt buckles to hide away in?

Eewww. The smell is awful! It's been about 2 weeks from install and the smell is gettin really old. Rubs off onto my clothes. Can't wait for it to completely fade out.

 

It will never completely 100% go away, that's the nature of neoprene. My '08 seat cover still had a very light hint of it after over a year of use.

 

That sucks. Will something like Febreze neutralize the smell?

 

I got tired of the smell on mine, sprayed them with some febreze auto. The smell is greatly reduced, but not totally gone.

 

Damn man, now your making me wish I'd got the realtrees! Looks awesome.


About the smell, I don't think it really smells bad, but it was pretty strong for a week or so but now isn't as bad.

 

~sigh... i missed it again, I sware that work sends me out when ever you guys are about to do a group buy that i would like to get in on.

When I was stationed in Germany everytime there was a good fest coming up, our DIV always found a way to get us in the field! there for 2 years, and literly spent more time in the field than in garrison! You guys are exagerating about the smell. I left the roll of raw material in the back seat of my truck all week.

I got in there yesterday to work on the rest of my door panels, and Damn that is strong. It overpowered the fumes from the 3M 90 I was using to glue the neoprene to my arm rests.

And I dont even have the covers in yet....

I can't even smell mine anymore! But it is strong when you first put them in!

 

It seems to only be bad when it is hot out and I forget to crack the windows...Weather in San Diego has been kinda weird the last few weeks...

 

I got mine installed wed, up in costa mesa, the smell is all there, I would put a pic but they all look the same
