Is the only difference between the Prerunner SR-5 suspension and the Offroad the Bilstein Shocks?

if its the suspension your worried about then I would get the sr5 and upgrade

OP was asking the difference between SR5 base suspension and the TRD suspensions.

The TRD suspension is bilstein shocks and progressive rate coils IIRC.

F-250 Land Yacht Mod

SR5 and TRD Sport have the same linear coils. TRD Off Road have a progressive rate coil.

TRD Models come with the Bilstein shocks, SR5 comes with Tokiko (sp?).

As others have said, there are a lot of other options that come with the TRD models vs. the base SR5.
