Ripped mine off and plugged it with two black plastic rivet type things. Can't even tell there were holes there anymore.

Keep the suggestions coming. Has anyone seen the Toyota emblem with horns as a license plate?
I am leaning to plugging the 2 holes,

Mine came with holes since I got it used. But what I did was paint matched the heads of the screws and reinstalled. The holes were stuck out like a sore thumb on my color. I touch them up every couple years. Kinda hard to see in the picture but you get the idea.

Just plug the 2 holes. Only you will know they're there.

I myself have been driving mine in Ohio since 1/4/16 w/o a front license plate. I know, I'm a rebel.
If I had been wearing my seat belt I wouldn't have received the 2 tickets I got because they can't pull you over for one or the other alone, but both together they could.
In any event, I made it to FREEDOM!
