Could you point me in the direction of a can that'll come with baffles that isn't going to destroy my pocket? Thanks for the info as well bud

I don't believe there is one. even the higher end ones mostly don't come with them as far as i know.

best bet is to go to home depot/lowes and get some jb weld and some steel mesh of some sort. shouldn't run you more than about $20 for everything.

I thought I read on here that someone had one with them. Guess it was just everyone installing their own. I find it hard to believe that if their is an actual benefit of having the baffles, why manufacturers would install them in the cans. Idk just voicing my opinion. Probably wont do this till after the holidays but trying to get my homework done on them in the mean time..

ya got me. it may be one of those things that helps, but not enough to make the cost increase associated with it profitable to the manufacturer :notsure:

Here's my Moroso oil catch can installed. A little spendy @ $140 from Amazon, but I think it's a good investment for the next 250+ thousand miles. Two metric M8-1.25 bolts fit the empty threaded holes on the side panel, and a 90 degree bracket with a couple of extra holes drilled to match up. The Moroso has fine wire mesh inside.

Yes, the valve is obscured in the picture but it's on the back side of the piece sticking out from the bottom. Below that is a 90 degree bend tube for a drain hose, or I might just loosen the billet clamp and remove the canister to drain oil into a cup.

Edit: Also I might add, for the past 1000 miles I have been running ethanol free gas. I found a gas station here that sells ethanol free gas :) Gas mileage went up, and I think i caught less oil than I would have with e10 gas.

i was checkin my catch can set up and i think i might have put the inline fuel filter on back-wards BUT i dont think it really matters because im only using it as a double check on the can... question is the air flow comes from the right side or back of the engine block into the left side or front of the engine correct?
