    @Torspd Thank you. I know the setup could be done for way cheaper, but I see it as an investment. Eventually id like to change out PCV valve to a male AN fitting that I recall seeing on your setup, just not ready to dig into all that stuff just yet. :)

    Yeah for sure, always gone with Earl's lines and fittings. Never have they failed me yet.

    Tap the valve cover to 3/8" NPT. Your line looks like a -6AN. So then a 3/8" NPT to -6AN fitting. When you're ready. ;)

    If you tap your valve cover, do you guys have to remove it completely? How much room do you have to work since its plastic (assume you grind off the OEM nipple)? Just curios how much to go into the plastic piece. Also how would you prevent plastic shards going into the intake cover?

    Nope got a -8an line going. I think I should've gone with -6 though, seem's overkill for vacuum lines. Any suggestion on how to convert the plastic nipple on the intake side to AN? It not like I'm going to do it anytime soon though lol

    Most likely remove. There's not much room to work in there as it is. I figure I do the conversion when I have to actually change valve cover gaskets or something lol

    Installed Overhead Compass and Temperature Display along with outside temperature sensor and wiring; LED lights reverse backup; LED license plate lights; Added GTA Bluetooth Audio kit to stock radio for iphone audio; Spare tire steel braided air hose extension connection to rear bumper; Installed new headlights along with new bulbs PIAA H4 XTreme and for fog lights PIAA H10 XTreme bulbs. Installed new hood with "hood-scoop". Installed Predator Side Steps. Replaced front chrome grill with customized color matched (Desert Sand Mica) grill with added TOYOTA lettering (also in matched color), installed and secured tailgate anti-theft devices. Also installed a new external TPMS monitor for all 4 tires.

    This guy may be opening up his top end... is this where the oil/ water mixture is captured from? Maybe if he does we can see this buildup that occurs.. anyone else have pics w engine opened up? I want to see a high mileage trucks insides w this lacquer buildup this supposedly prevents..

    Whoa 231 pages.... can you direct us to the pages/posts that show this gunk buildup? I saw a few youtube vid of 10yo tacos opened up and they looked pretty darn clean.. OK so I see in post 100 some burned on stuff is that what is going on?
