I'll crack it open when I get it and post pictures since it was hard for me to find pictures of the inside of it. I did see one though which was promising. It showed a nice mesh for the vapors to drop out of the air on, really its the most important part... Also Moroso stuff is built for the long haul and I have first hand experience with other similar products of theirs. Yea it was expensive but for ease of install and to know what i'm getting, i'm okay with it. I almost pulled the trigger on some other cheap options but then thought "I only want to do this once"

Also, if I ever go S/C then this is already done :)

This is what the Moroso separator looks like inside... if you want to see more pictures of it hop over to this link on one of the Mustang forums. If you can't see the pictures at the link let me know and I'll post direct links to them here.

Wicked 2007 one thing to keep in mind is that most of the Moroso separators come with the larger NPT/Barb fittings. I ordered a couple of these fittings from Summit Racing with the 3/8 barb and matching -6 AN size hose for a better fit to the barb ports on the engine and intake.

    Yes a brillo pad

Joking aside, they call it "mesh media" it does look like steel wool but it is coarser and will not discharge the fine metal fibers you typically get from the steel wool you would buy at home depot or somewhere like that.

Figuring out how to mount the catch can with some brake components in the way. Looks like the newer trucks have a new brake reservoir where y'all have been mounting the catch can :)

    Time to get creative...

not much, but id rather have the hose runs short and in that location where the reservoir is... I think I'll make a bracket that both the brake rez and oil catch can mount on...

I like how we are bashing Toyota engineers for effective use of the engine bay... Damnit, dont they know we are all going to install these Air/Oil Separators!!! I guess if they thought of everything there would already be an air/oil separator in there... I've got some bracket ideas that i'll be working on after work today and hopefully have something together by the end of the week. Stay posted you 6 speeders with VSC (< the reason there is a second reservoir for the clutch)
