    Welcome to TW!

Most are going to say Synthetic. I use Mobil 1 or Valvoline Synthetic. I hear Penzoil Syn is also good. Also check your Toyota dealer for oil filters. The more you buy the cheaper they are. I bought a case for $43. Also get the drain plug crush washers at the dealer.

I used regular oil until 80,000 miles on my 05. Now I use synthetic.

Awesome, and thanks for the tip about the filters!
