Howdy, just bought a 2007 Prerunner 4x4, 4 cyl and I'm having fun equipping it. Going to put on a Back Rack, hitch, bed extender, WeatherTech mats. When I first got the truck and drove it home, I thought it rode like a truck! Turns out the PO had put 40 lbs pressure in the 29 lb tires. Ah, much better.

I am blown away by the prices Toyota dealers charge for parts. Is there a good genuine
Toyota parts dealer that sells at a discount over the Internet? I ordered a couple of the D anchor rings that are found at the rear of the current Tacos and the dealer wanted over $30 ea for this $8.95 part!

Welcome!!! Im sure these fine Toyota owners should be able to help you with that! I drive a 93, I feel you on the pricey parts, I need a component for my locking mechanism in my door and its about an $160 fix for a small spring that broke!!! I feel your pain! :(

Thanks for the lead,TioTaco, but I ended up getting the Toyota D rings and it turns out they are more worth it than I had guessed.

Anyone had experience with tailgate locks such as Pop n Lock?
