Did you get new bushings or re-use your old ones?

Did you tightened the hangers (front frame mount and rear shackle) while the truck was in the air? Shouldn't be torqued until trucks back on the ground and bounced a couple times.

If you're getting 886s, you're going to get more than 3" of lift probably. Are you putting a steel bumper or a lot of armor on? You might want to splurge for some UCAs. Might have issues getting alignment without them. Carrier bearing drop, extended rear brake lines, might need axle shims.

Do you have, or are you planning on adding extra weight up front? Like armor or a winch. If not, you should go with 885s, 886s are a higher spring rate, so they are stiffer, and designed for trucks with extra weight up front.

Yes i wanted the 886's because i plan on getting a full skit kit, a Bruteforce hybrid front bumper and a BF rear bumper and eventually a winch.

I do plan on getting after market UCAs eventually..

But my service advisor did say he didn't really think i would need extended brake lines with that much lift?? should i get them anyways?

Carrier bearing drop?? similar to a Diff drop?

And axle shims?? to get rid of any vibes??

Brake lines for the rear is recommended around here. At full droop with the Dakars, you'll be pushing the limits of the stock ones.

The carrier bearing is in the middle of the drive shaft, attaches the frame. The kit adds some small spacers to keep stock driveline angles. Helps with vibrations. Axle shims do as well.

Yes it normally does, that and the trim packer. Where are you ordering from? Got a link? Most of the time the OME kit doesnt come with bushings for the rear eye of the dakars. Make sure your kit has longer u-bolts also.

I ordered through wheeler's and I had to ask for the CB drop and I never got axle shims. Luckily I didn't need them. Wheeler's knows to send you a set of bushings for the rear eye though.

I got everything from Wheeler's Off Road. It looks like everything including the additional bushings were included in the kit price. Kind of hard to tell for sure, they're all itemized on my receipt.

Look up OCTaco on here. He's got an awesome group buy for longer lines. Check my build thread for pics. Great deal, high quality stuff.

Alrighty so it does include new Ubolts and they reuse the bushings for the Dakar leafs so it doesn't include new ones so I will be buying those lol

Another question can you just flip the u-bolt or do you need a u-bolt flip kit to do that... and what are the advantages of doing so?

You need a kit. The Ubolts that come with the kit are so long it's almost ridiculous. I've thought about cutting an inch or 2 off of them.

The advantage to the flip is that it buys you a couple inches of ground clearance in that area.

They are awesome. Stainless steel braided, plastic coated any color you want. Check his thread. And you can put them in without hacking up the stock bracket in the rear.

Doh! Wish you would've told me this when I was ordering my kit! Thanks for nothing! lol I haven't installed them, guess it's not too late yet.
