With all that weight be prepared to remove a leaf or order a set of top plate spacers. The front end will settle after a few weeks. I waited a few months before the rake drove me nuts.

I was at 1.5" rake without a winch. 10mm spacer would have brought it back to 1", but I went with the 13mm and got the rake down to 1/2".

Sorry what do you mean 1.5" of rake. Does that mean there was 1.5" height (hub to fender) difference between the front and rear. Or were you level and the front end sagged 1.5"?

sorry for the need of clarification

okay that's not too bad then. I can handle that much rack. That's probably still less than stock ( I could go measure but too lazy right now )

    Thanks for the clarification

So if I'm understanding correctly, some of y'all are running top plate spacers with 886s? I just ordered my 886/nitrochargers and got extended top studs just in case I don't get a full 3" after settling and want to add spacers. I'm a access cab with armor..

Hey fellas I've had my ome kit on for a couple of months now and just did the front hub to fender measurement drivers side is 22.5" and pass is 23.5". Truck is full of fuel and has arb bumper sliders and armor no winch yet. Coils are 886 with nitro shocks and no trim packer. Would a 1/4 spacer on drivers side help with the lean I have? Don't really want to pull spring apart to put in trim packer. Thanks.

Yup, spacer will fix you, but I feel something else is off.

Did you put the rear leafs on their respective proper sides?

Yup I put the dakars + on drivers side and - on pass. Both sides are roughly 24.5". I also run firestone ride rites in the daystar air bag saddles.

Go for the top plate spacer. 1/4" spacer will bolt right in and you'll sit much closer to level.

How long to OME shocks typically last? I have 40K on mine and the Vegas heat seems to have done a number on them, not as good as they were. Whats the mileage everyone is averaging out of a set?
