    Lol. Its pretty easy, just be careful of the brake and data lines. Without an extra set of hands you will need to temporarily secure the spindle so you dont stretch the lines.

    What if I change them out nd turn them around... could I go without the alignment... I think I could do it i put the rest of the lift on myself

    If you switch everything around your alignment could be worse than it is now. They must have moved the cams in the LCA alot to make up for how they set the caster on the UCA.

    You could very well destroy your fender flares with some flex with the front tires cambered like they are now

    read through about a dozen pages and didn't find an answer... 2012 dcsb, Can stock wheels with 265-75-16 be ran on an OME lift with 885's and dakars? I installed last week and feel rubbing when I turn left or right about a 1/2 way through the turn. Upon inspection while parked everything clears the fenders no problem. The tires are damn close to the UCA's however. I feel this is where the rub may be coming from. Just can't remember if I had read somewhere that I will need wheels or wheel spacers to clear properly or if that was only if aftermarket UCA's were installed?

    Anyhow, thanks for any advice.

    Yessir sure did, drove it for maybe 10 miles before alignment and it was certainly better post alignment. However I am still darn close to those UCA's.

    Can you get your fingers between the UCA and the sidewall of the tire ?

    Ya I have about a single digit worth of space when the wheels are straight. When the wheel is turned to full lock though it appears as though the tire tucks under the uca a bit. I will have to look at that again in the daytime to be positive though.

    Hmm, I may just be paranoid. I asked the alignment shop to have a look and listen as well. They are an experienced 4x4 shop. The two techs I talked to who drove my truck said that everything was fine. However I didn't have the rubbing pre lift and got the tires before the lift as well. Strange thing is, It's smooth as butter in reverse... So thats where Im stumped lol. Just don't want to be causing any damage.

    That's a good tip. I figured the my tires would clear no problem as I only had a very slight rub at full lock on stock suspension. The tires are 265/75/16 cooper st maxx, so not any more aggressive than a dura trac. I'll try the chalk though and see if that gets any results.

    I posted the install instructions earlier a couple posts up , the neutral position ( D ) will have the SPC logo on the brass coloured washer facing out , the opposite to the way yours are now
