Not specifically related to an OME lift, but I did have a chance to get some scale weights today post-lift:
    2011 DCSB 4x4, Weatherguard box w/tools (estimated 125 lbs), 1/4 tank gas, no driver/passengers, 265/70r16 Rugged Fails:
    Front Axle: 2,480 lbs
    Rear Axle: 2,100 lbs
Combined: 4,580 lbs (scale total matched F+R totals)

Wish I had those numbers "pre lift" to see how much heavier the OME stuff is vs. the OEM stuff.

    A few questions
I'm thinking of ome 883 or 884 coils with nitrocharger sport 90021, anyone have experience with these compared to the 90000? They're suppose to be valved for a softer street ride?

Anyone go from 5100 w/ome coils to ome struts w/ome coils? A vendor recommended 5100 up front with the ome coils opposed to all ome. I know that lots have done the mixed front. Just curious If the extra $100 for ome struts is worth it

I have a 2009 dcsb offrd that a daily driver and back roads fishing/camping/hunting
    thanks

I installed my full kit, 884 springs, nitrocharger shocks, struts and dakar leafs. Gave me 2 1/2" of lift all around. Handling and ride is great. Huge upgrade over stock. This is how the tacoma should drive. Tested on dirt and gravel roads and on rough logging trails. So far everything works great.

For the street I think the 90000 are fine. Much better ride the the factory sport shocks. For the best ride replace the factory leafs also. The factory Leafsprings are terrible. I have the 884 and the 90000 and the ride is great.

I have the 884 and they gave me 2 1/2 inches of lift and still ride better than stock...

I was worried I wouldn't get enough lift and I got 2 1/2 no spacers just a 5 mil trim packer. My rear Leafsprings were saging a 1/2" so I got 3 " in the back... great ride good balance front to rear. 100% happy. I'll remeasure after my trip but seams the same rear my have settled a bit.

I did mine, wasn't too bad. About 7 to 8 hours but I was also wire wheeling and painting. The second side goes quickly and I had my stuts pre assembled. Get the rear brake lines.

My 884s with no top plate spacer gave me 2 9/16" lift on my 4cyl 4wd.

That's not too suprising , 2 1/2" on a DC is suprising to me

Yeah, maybe his haven't settled yet. I initially had over 3" on the passenger side.

    4 X 4 DCSB 2010 4.0L,
    DF 22 1/4 DR 24 1/4
    PF 22 1/2 PR 24 3/4

After my 900 mile trip about 250 miles off road and full tank of gas.....

So they have settled in about a 1/4 of an inch all the way around......

I was looking for 2 in the front and 3 in the back so i'm happy and the ride and handling is great.... No more bouncing...
Gravel and dirt roads feel like the hard top at 50.....
I drove it with the front struts and rear shocks and the stock leafs are just rough riding. When my leafs came in from back order the truck drove alot better. I would reconmend to get the whole kit and remove leafs in the rear to get the height you want and throw out all the stock parts....
A++ I love them... We were on some very soft, rocky and rough loging trails and never used 4 wheel drive. Get on the highway and it feels like a caddy....
