Forgive me if this has been answered several times before....I did look/search to no avail.

Is it necessary to do the sway bar relocate when adding an OME lift? I do mostly highway driving.

Will be adding 885's with 1/2" top plate and dakars.

OME 885x , OME shocks and Dakars , Wheelers SuperBumps front and rear , 275/70/17 Hankook ATm , OEM bed mat , Weathertech digifit floor liners , Weathertech in-channel vents , headache rack , Leer 100RCC commercial canopy , TRD bedside decals removed , Devil Horns by Andres , HomerTaco Satoshi

The sway bar is not supposed to be an issue with the OME coils but mine contacted . I would just add the relocates , they're cheap and only take 15 munutes tops to install

OME 3" kit (885's), LR-UCA's, Dakars, Ext. rear brake lines
I'm ready to buy a full OME kit from headstrong (885, 90021, dakars, no spacers). I'm curious about what OZ-T mentioned about going the wheelers HD route vs the dakars cause of not carrying weight most of the time. I was originally looking for a 3" lift, but I'm okay with getting a little under that. I don't normally have weight in the bed and I don't mind keeping the rake. Also, would this kit need upgraded bump stops? I don't do much off roading, Occasion trails, beach, and mud (my DD).

I just bought my stuff from Headstrong...Marie really knows her shit there!!!

I kindof did a hybrid kit from them at her suggestion. I went with OME springs and nitro shocks (885, 90000, "taco-lean spacer") for the front and rather than getting dakkars for the rear, I got the deaver AAL and Bilstein 5100's. I run the Firestone Ride-rite bags in the back, so I was less concerned with having a beefy rear spring. Overall, it probably saved close to $400 and it runs A LOT better. It was also nice not having to dick around with extending the rear brake lines.

Sway bar is like a condom...safer with it on, way more fun with it off.

If you don't off-road keep the bar.if you do wheel lose it and never look back
But you do not need to lose it for ome

Hey guys so i'm going to stick with my dakars ill figure out if i hate the rake, Now question how stiff are the 9000 ? I'm doing mostly street and highway I don't want harsh drive... is it worth the hassle of selling my new pair of 9000 on here and buy the 90021's? Thanks !

First post! I'm only about half way through this thread but I'm getting ready to buy my OME complete setup.

It looks to me like Low Range Off Road has a nice deal going for Black Friday. Has anybody bought their lift or anything for that matter from them?

I'm going with the 885's, sport shocks, and dakars and LR UCA. And the other little add ons, CB drop, Sway Bar relocater, 1/4 top plate, axle shims ect.

I have an 11 DCLB with around 65,000 miles. Still rolling on the stock tires and I wanna get the lift on before I get some new tires.

I'm sure I will have some questions as I go along but for now just wanting to see if anyone has delt with Low Range OR?

I'd have to check my notes. But I think it's the slide in's, those are the ones I need with the center pin collars, right?

Good deal. Hopefully I can get through the last 150 pages of this thread by Sunday and can order everything on Monday.

There is a lot of good info in here. And a lot of BS, so I'm taking notes so I don't have to wade through 300 pages again.
