Just picked up my truck yesterday after having my OME kit installed. Very happy with the look and ride. Haven't done hub to fender measurements after the lift but will tonight. Did not get trim packer in time for install. No obvious taco lean that I can see, but I will have to take measurements. Next on the agenda is getting a 285 spare to fit under the bed or get a tire carrier.

Nice photo by the way! Like the composition as well as the look of your truck with the wheels.

My question is why are you rubbing after a lift with factory sized tires?

Thanks Dr. Jekyll! Loving my Tacoma and will love it even more after I get this rubbing issue sorted out. Not sure why I'm rubbing with stock size tires - maybe due to the square shouldered BFG AT's? It's the most pronounced when I'm in reverse and full turn. The tire rubs inside of the mudflap pretty good and sounds like hell. Took it to a local alignment shop that specializes in lowered and lifted vehicles. On Monday, they're going to adjust upper balljoints on the LR UCA's to the +1.0 setting, and then re-do the alignment. As Oz-T pointed out, it looks like mine are currently set at +3.75 or +3.0. Will post pics and what the final setting ended up at. Worst case scenario there's still a little rubbing or I could just remove the mudflaps, which hopefully I won't have to do.

I'm curious how much lift you got with your set up, again stumped as to the rubbing.

You rubbing with the 285 or did you have to make some room?

To clarify which leaves do you/can you remove in the Dakars to get less height? I don't carry too much weight in the bed, i have a steel plate rear bumper and eventually I'll have an RTT in the bed mounted on bed bars with a full size spare too. So eventually i'll have about 180 pounds in the bed extra weight. So which leaves would you recommend that I take out to get less height but still be able to handle a reasonable amount of weight? I don't want too much less height, maybe 1/2 an inch or so

No rubbing with 285s under normal on road conditions. Front mud flaps removed though because those would rub most likely especially off road.

Also, I got the following hub to fender measurements on level ground, full tank, no load at about 180 miles on the lift (highway).

    Driver & Passenger: 23.25
    Rear Driver: 24.5
    Rear Passenger: 25.25

Stock driver side was 20.25, passenger 20 so 3 inches gained up front.
My stock rear measurements were 21.5 both sides so I got 3in on the drivers side and 3 3/4in passenger.

Is 3/4 height variance unusual between an over spec leaf pack and and on spec leaf pack? I asked my installer to put the + leaf on the passenger side and they didn't listen. Told me there was some torque related reason to put it on the passenger. I didn't come across anything about that in my research. May ask them to swap them only because I specifically asked them to do it opposite.

Notable that my front end is level at 23.25 with no taco lean…yet. See after it settles. I wonder if I put the trim packer up front if it will help lower the back right.

Why OME doesn't give you matching leaf packs spec wise I don't know. Just seems odd to me...

3rd leaf for a little moar flex, and I would assume the secondary overload. @OZ-T ?

Removing the upper overload drops your height the width of that leaf but doesn't affect the handling at all. Keep's them just as stiff.

So I've noticed the last couple days my driver front suspension makes a squeaking sound when going over bumps. Only the front left. 500 miles on the OME and LR UCAs so far.

    Bushings?
