    Yes. Day of install I was a bit higher, likely 2.75/3". It has settled at 23" which is 2.5" over factory height due to my configuration. On a V6 4x4 I think 884X and Dakars would be pretty good amount of rake, my rake is where I wanted it to be now, though when I get UCAs I may add a spacer or 885 coils, I wouldn't mind a little bit of a taller front end.

    Damn your front end setup makes those tires look tiny. What size?

    @tacomgee

    He is on 885s and decided on 887s instead of an 886, maybe he will say why.

    Yeahhhh I hate it, those are 245 75 r16 I just bought some KO2 265 75 r16 but still need to do something about the stance. probably going to buy some spacers until new wheels are in the budget.

    My thoughts are 887s will get you there with the smoothest on road ride, might be closer to 2.5" than 3" from what I've seen though.

    I have 200+ up front and almost 2 months after the install I still have close to 3" up front and it she does ride stiff. I am no expert but I would go 887 as well.

    Best I have from the same trip, I have since welded on sliders and changed out the tires. Honestly I went back and forth on what size to move up to, if there was better options in the 255 85 r16 world I would have gone that way. 285 seemed overkill and more for the "look" plus as silly as it seems given that I welded to the frame and removed the front bumper I didn't want to deal with rubbing issues._DSC1717.jpg

    Not nearly what I expected.

    I don't want 285s either. Maybe 255 or 275s, if I ever jump from 265.

    I have 886s with about the same weight hanging off the front plus full skids. ~2.5 lift and wouldn't change anything. Stiff? Yes? Too stiff? Not for me.

    Front bilstein 5100 with OME 884 w/trim pack, 17" fuel trophy wheels wrapped with 32" toyot open country m/t, bakflip fibermax tonneau cover, Avec 30" led light bar behind lower grille, marathon seat covers in max 5 camo pattern, trimmed front and rear mud flaps, more to come.

    coil springs give you life up front. Leaf springs give you lift in the rear and having the adjustable 5100 in the rear serve no purpose for gaining height in the rear. 5100 adjustable shocks are used mainly on OEM springs to compress them for the lift as I had at one point but now run longer OME 884 for the lift with the 5100 set at the lower setting. same out come different feel in ride!

    Exactly. The shock absorber does just that... Absorbs the shock to prevent bouncing and harshness. It dampens the impact. Where as the springs (be they leaf or coil) are what give the suspension the stiffness to hold the vehicle aloft over right terrain.

    I don't think he's running adjustables in the back. He just said he has them and shocks in the back.

    I'm also looking at the 884s and 5100's set at zero, glad to hear you like the ride, how much lift did you get? I'm going to guess just over 2"

    I was just going off of what I read in his post and it said I believe he had the adjustable ones in the back. I could be wrong and hope that it was a typo!

    I cant remember because I didn't do measurements. with this set up I am getting exactly what I was getting with OEM springs with 5100 set at 1.75 and my truck is still level. well I have to change the top 1/4" spacer out with the 3/8" because it didn't quite get rid of the lean. so roughly 1.75-2" of lift. if it means anything I am completely level front and back. no bro lean or rake. hope this helps!
