    Lots...
I believe it depends on the springs you choose... if you choose the HD (886's) you will hear it as long as the front does not have the necesary weight...

For me the clank was with ARB bumper and skidplates... I recently added a winch and it almost disappeared...

    Hope this helps!

Had original Nitrochargers and 883's installed about 6 months ago. Now over the past week my passenger side as developed a deep squeak with mild compression. I can take a video for you guys if you want - but just wondering if this was a common problem. Could it be OME related, or something still stock..? I can jump up and down on the side-steps to reproduce the noise.

Had the same issue after my OME install. Except out was due to the UCAs not being greased properly when installed. Did you by chance get those too?
I think this is key. The 886 is much stiffer. Without weight or break in time they are gonna push back a lot. Makes sense. I'm using 887's with about 114lbs of skids plates though.

Nevermind. Found and fixed it! It was the front passenger hood bumper. Little bastard was making a lot of noise when the hood shifted.

    Sorry, OME! No hard feelings.

I recently traded in my 2014 Tacoma that had a 3" OME lift, but before doing so I removed the lift.

I then bought a 2015 Tacoma and installed the lift onto it. I noticed the rear shocks rub on the axle just above the bottom eyelet almost as if they changed the shock mount design in 2015.

My question is, what would be a good remote reservoir shock to "upgrade" to? I drive down a lot of washboard gravel roads and am thinking while I'm replacing the rear shocks for the rubbing issue as described above I might as well get a remote reservoir shock to reduce fade. Thanks for your input

The shock mount IS different on the 2015. Grinding is required for OME install. :)

Can someone which a pre 15 take pics of their rear shock brackets on the axle housing? I'm trying to find out if mine will work or not. I read some 15's need trimming and some don't.
    This is my drivers side

You actually won't know until its on your truck.. Mine hit on the outer most lip closest to the wheel it would have been fine but I wanted more clearance between the mount and shock

5100s or ome.. Others like boss shocks and others will allow more flex but with that you will need extended brake lines

mine will need trimming. This is a pic closer to the wheel, see how much more it sticks out.
Think I may just go with 5100's

Mine had to be ground down. Assume you have to and be happy if you don't.
