    Yes.
It's annoying to do a job twice. At the same time I suspect it's less work than repairing everything that might break if you actually hit the mount.

What caster/camber should I ask the alignment shop to set with the full OME kit (Dakars and 886), LR UCAs and 255/85/75 Cooper ST MAXX?

Anyone out there with 285s and LR UCAs and OME having any issues with rubbing when slightly flexing? Only noticeable rubbing I can see is slight rubbing on the cab mount when at full lock but this is not the rubbing I'm referring to. I think the tire is rubbing on the UCA when I hit a big bump. Now if I can remember correctly the camber/ball joint nut wasn't all the way extended out as far as it would go when I installed the lift but it was close. I don't see any rubbing marks anywhere but when I hit a large bump it sounds like some serious rubbing going on. Any ideas?

Over "bump goes clank"? Do you have 886 OME springs up front? Any skids, winch, steel bumpers up front?

Nah not the clank. It's different. It sounds like the knobs on my tires are rubbing on something for a split second when i hit a big bump. Its pretty loud and sounds like somethings gonna get ripped off. I stick my hand on the back side of the tires when not flexed and there feels to be very little room but no noticable rubbing marks anywhere on the UCAs. I have 887s and nothing up front. I turn my wheels full lock left and right and it only touches the cab mount at full lock.

Should the camber on the UCAs be extended all the way out and only adjust for camber on the LCA? Will this clear the tires from the UCA?

Hmm. Maybe find a big rock and get one of the front tires on it to force full flex. Then check out where things are at?

I need to do that too... Just to flex mine for once. Haha

Yea that's a start. I'll run one of the tires up on the curb next to my place and report back. :bored:

So I did a slow speed flex over the curb and no noises. Plenty of room between the tires and UCAs. It seems to only rub at faster speeds.

I figured out the issue. The sway bar is rubbing the driver side coilover. Now I gotta make the decision to remove it or relocate it...

Remove it. I honestly don't even notice a difference in the way it drives.

    Top hat clock?

Guys, I hope this isn't a stupid question (I should start all posts like that!): a shop assembled my coils on the front struts, off the truck; Im in the driveway doing a test fit and when I move the strut into position at the top, the bottom eye hole doesn't line up on the lower control arm mount. Can I rotate the bottom of the strut to line it up? Or does the whole coil/strut need to come apart and be reclocked?
