    "Hey shoe company. I bought these shoes which don't give my arches the right support which I only noticed after a year of wearing them, please give me a different style with more support for free."

    Shitty analogy, I know, but I doubt ARB swaps out coils for free within 3 years. If they do I doubt it'll last forever because there will always be people that abuse the system.

    "Oh, I've had my coils for 1090 days, better swap from 885s to 887s for the next almost three years before swapping back to 885s!"

    @la0d0g I know what you mean though. I just hope honest people will do what they do. its always someone who wants more that will take advantage of it.. but yeah when I ordered my 886 from HS it jacked up my front 3.5 and I told ARB about it and they were like wtf how is that. so they told me about the warranty and said if I live in WA just swing by and swap it out. all tits

    How much time in between? I understand if someone bought 886s and didn't like the ride after a couple weeks of settling, ARB being cool and swapping them for a softer spring or vise versa but three years later seems like a stretch.

    yeah I wrote in another post I think this one but yeah I went early in the morn to pick up my 885 from them. the dude saw my truck and was like its not suppose to sit that high in the front with ARB bumper, so he changed me out now it sits 2.5 with 885 happy as can be now. but even one of his coworker at ARB has a 1 gen tundra and has a ARB and winch and is using 885 cause he said 886 was too stiff

    Thought I would post this in here as well.

    Truck is a DCSB Prerunner, with OME 885 coils with nitrochargers, dakars in the rear.

    :help::help::help:

    I can not stand the "slam down" from this kit. I am really confused why this happens and how it will only happen on some trucks. I am even more confused about what happened with my truck. I installed the lift with stock uppers, and had the problem. I then installed Icon UCAs and it went away, and I was so excited! I then took it to get it aligned again and still no problem! Then I started hearing a popping sound and a terrible noise when I went over a speed bump, turns out the shop forgot to torque down the LCA bolt on the drivers side. I got the issue resolved with them. However, the "slam down" is back...:frusty::frusty::frusty::frusty::frusty::frusty: I do not understand how this could be possible!

    The only thing that I see different is the cam tab. As you can see in the picture where it use to be compared to where it is after the retorqued it back down. Could this affect the "slam down"? Should I take it back and have them put it back to where it use to be?

    This is the passengers side, I can't if it slipped or not.

    Ok here goes, I'm about to pull the trigger on a new suspension setup and OME is high on the list. I have a 2013 TRD OR DCSB 4x4 4.0. Currently I have Bilstein 5100s with Eibach set at .85 and Toytec top plate spacer and Light Racing UCAs up front with 1.5" Deaver AAL and 5100s in the rear. I have done the cab mount chop and the ECGS bushing replacement of the needle bearing and I have the carrier bearing drop. I am running Cooper ATPs 285/75/16 on SCS SR8s. I have run this setup since the truck was new and now I have around 38k miles on the truck. I have just a couple questions about the OME setup. I will definitely go with the full Dakar leaf pack, but am wondering what coils to go with and if I should go with the 90000 shocks or the 90021s? What is the major difference? I have no armor, I do plan on sliders and front bumper but the front bumper will be aluminum. I do 90% pavement driving but a few times a year I do some moderate off-road driving. So I guess ultimately I want the most comfortable on road but a very capable ride off road also. I know I am probably beating a dead horse, but I'm getting close to purchasing and just covering my bases. Any input is greatly appreciated. I hope I have given good info to help build my case. Thanks

    I went with the 90021s and the ride is great paired with 887 coils, got me a full 3" lift on my 16 access cab. Those should be fine for what you described what you use the truck for!

    Great thanks! So you suggest the 887s opposed to the 885s?

    I have 885's on my double cab. With just the springs I was shy2". I put 1/2 top plate spacers and now I'm happy with it at 2.5". I did it again I would go 887.

    I vote 887s as well. I had 885s they were nice but 887s will level you out. Now I've settled on 886s cuz I have bumper sliders and skids
