Dakars look like mustaches when mounted (not arched like Deavers). Has your lift height changed much after settling? Adding the leaf will turn your medium pack into a HD pack. You can also add a leaf to a HD pack for heavy constant loads in order to maintain lift height.

    Here's some info
Is there a difference in these 2 coil springs?
    Screenshot_20180327-145111_Chrome.jpg
According to whatever I came across so far, Toytec 112-620 is an Eibach rebranded spring, "designed" to fit Bilstein 5100. So yeah. It will fit, since you have 2" shocks.
OME 886 is 21 mm taller than Toytec /Eibach.
If still in daubt contact @HeadStrong Off-Road to confirm

Looks like you really never got a confirmation on you question.
Dakars should come with a "+", "0", or "-" marking. "+" = over spec, "0" = spec and "-" = under spec. So if both are marked the same just install. If marked differently, highest spec spring is mounted on the driver/left side.

So please keep in mind that just because they physically fit, it doesn't mean there are good fit for them. Shock valving/spring rate and height might not work to their best abilities

Yeah, I can see what's gonna happen. I'm going to do some more research, and then some more. Then I'll get frustrated, and just say F it. I'm going to end up with a whole new setup.

Hey, anyone wanna buy some Toytech coilovers?

Are you trying to save a buck or do you like the TT shocks that much?

Trying to save a buck, but that never seems to work out in the end.

Go get some 5100s to pair with them and call it a day then.

Marie shared this with me yesterday. They don't recommend using 886's with Bilstiens. Not sure why, valving?

Because that's the CYA. Many folks do pair them together and love it. When I stop breaking nitrochargers one-off I'll be going back to 5100s.

I didn't measure before and after settling. They just have quite a bit of tow mileage and Bed rack weight on them. I was wondering if I could get away with adding the leaf to permanently run my bed rack.

So, the lift kit that I bought from Toytec awhile back actually came with 5100s. Hugo at Toytec was very helpful and said the 886s will fit fine, but that ARB recommends not pairing the 886s with the 5100s. I'm gonna give it a try anyway and see how it works out; can always make the change later down the road if need be. Also got the 1/4" spacer to fix the bro lean. $206 to get my front end back to where it was pre-bumper and winch and to fix the lean ain't bad at all. Thanks for the help guys.

I am currently running 886 with 5100, they do just fine and I like the ride. I don't have any weight yet either. Eventually I will get full skids, sliders, front and rear bumpers.

Well, I got the 886s on with the 5100 Billies I already had. I think I got back the lift that I lost to the added weight. I think it may even be a touch more. I put some 255/80R17 Cooper Discoverer S/T Maxx skinnies on as well. She looks nice and level now though. My thanks to Toytech and OME.

How necessary is the 1/4” spacer for the drivers side. My truck is currently stock and the front sits even at 20” on both driver and passenger side. Will the truck be fine or will swapping out the suspension cause the drivers side to drop? I’m going to be installing 884s on bilstein 5100 soon.
