Rake shouldn't be too bad. If it is, pull a leaf. Dont forget to take note of your driveline angles prior to install so you'll know if you need to use the CB drop and/or shims.

Update- Insall was a breeze went fairly easy already having done it once with the “Revteck” Now it’s done up right with OME 90000/886 heavy Dakar’s in the rear and new wheelers bumpstops all around along with a relentless fab Ubolt flip, no shims, no CB drop, no vibes! Overall pleased with the ride and the appearance

Thanks, I'll check the angles before installing them and return if unnecessary. I tore into the front suspension tonight...06, everything is rusty and tight. I ran into one big problem: The shock nuts on the old shocks were really tight. I had to use a hammer and box end wrench the whole time, then I rounded off the inboard shock nut on both sides pretty badly...any suggestions? I can't get in there with the sawzall on its side. I loaded them up with PB Blaster for the night and will try vice grips in the morning. Anyone else run into this?

What was your lift up front? Back? Did u leave OL leaf in? Looking at the exact same lift. Curious where you are at after some drive time. Thank you!

I'll be honest, I did not take down measurements before I installed everything so I don't know exactly lol. I'm pretty confident I got the amounts claimed on the website; 2.5" front and 2" rear. I know for sure that now I only have about .5" of rake which looks great in my opinion. I did leave the overload leaf in.

    Here's a pic after the lift, I'm on 265/75/r16s.

That was the same setup I was looking at, but looks like it may be a little taller than I wanted. Have you tried mounting a plate bumper up front? If so how much did it affect the height?
I'm looking to add plate up front, in the rear, and a camper shell.

I'm pretty much level (maybe like a 1/4" rake). I didn't do much of anything on premeasurements, but i'm basically 24" from hub center to fender. the 887s end up settling to about 2.5" of lift.

I don't have any plates or armor (at the moment), but i'm hoping to get some in the future

The ride has definitely mellowed out after putting a few thousand miles on it. Rides identical to stock, although on some of the short/high speedbumps, i do have the OME OSBGC (over speed bump goes clunk. It doesn't bother me in the slightest (cause i don't go over them everyday).

I just had a full OME loft installed on my 2008 V6 4X4 access cab. The truck has a flatbed on it that I do not know the weight of. I went with 884 coils and 90021 shocks and went with the EL096R heavy Dakar leaf pack. It looks to me like I still have to much weight on the rear. I have 285 tires I need to fit under it still what do you guys think. What would your next step be if it was your truck. I just noticed I only got close up pics of the leaf pack. I will get a shot with the whole truck after alignment tomorrow. Thanks

Wheelers has OME AAL. Get one of those.

Go to a truck scale and weigh your truck, then you should be able to determine a ballpark of how much your bed weighs.

    Mods? Yes, oh yes..
@timinNC take a look at Timbren. I like em. They are on the truck for now with the bp51s. (bedslide and midrise cap) With it all loaded down the extra cushion is super nice. Have a set of icon hydrobumps sitting on the work bench waiting (stupid back). The bumps are because I am aiming towards more wheeling than load/towing which the timbrens are really designed for.

Here are some more pics. I went with the EL096R-P instead of the EL095R-P. I think that has the extra leaf in it already. Can I just keep adding more of the EL46XL-P extra leafs. I think that extra leaf is the only difference between the two leaf packs OME offered with lift. We all agree though that if I am going to adding a couple hundred more pounds to the bed(RTT and gear) that I will need to do something more in the back. I have 285-70 tires to put on it still. Maybe tomorrow I’ll see how they fit. I think I am going to have an issue with clearing the bed.
