Glad I could help! Let me know if you have any questions during install, I followed a YouTube video and it was pretty straight forward, took me a day with a buddy in a driveway with basic tools. Don't forget to schedule an alignment after and also post a pic when you're done!

I'm sure you probably know this now but you can use the weight of the truck to assemble them.

Yes, excellent point! I've since learned you can do this, I've been looking at swapping coils from 886 to 887 and was not thrilled about bringing them back to a shop to get swapped out. However I did not know this when I first installed and almost killed myself :D.

Another reason to consider the pre-assembled kit is to make sure that the springs you receive fit the coil perch on the strut, one of the guys at @HeadStrong Off-Road mentioned having issues with deformed springs not seating correctly in the perch, hence why they replaced mine when I went to pick up my order.

Well, the OME BP 51 heavy kit is currently being installed on my 18 OR. I’m a tad light for the gravy’s but bumpers are order.

Frame sliders, bed rack, RTT, Jack, boards, deflate kit, can rack, 3 skid plates.

    Where should I start my settings?34253C8A-4259-4D49-A197-E770AC0E1E98.jpg933B0162-0E01-4380-A0DD-649B2B5FB03A.jpg34253C8A-4259-4D49-A197-E770AC0E1E98.jpg 933B0162-0E01-4380-A0DD-649B2B5FB03A.jpg

    2021 TRD OR, 886 and Dakar 112 with DuraTrac 235/85/16, 1,600km (1,000mi)

Lifted the front 2 1/4" (20 3/4" to 23" hub centre to fender lip), rear 3" (22" to 25"). When I loaded the bed with ~700-800lbs, I lost 1 1/2" in the rear. Front bumper and winch will be on in the next month or so.

Best of all is the ride. Gone is the sloppy wallowing Off Road and replaced with something that stays planted in the corners. Having had the same set up on my 2nd gen, I'm sure this will be just as nice on the FSR's and drill trails I drive for work. Couldn't give a damn about lift or looks, I need better load capacity and off road manners in a work truck.

Looks great! Keep us updated on the ride up front before and after the bumper and winch. My 886s are super rough with no winch right now, it was even worse when I had my stock bumper.

about 3 weeks in after installing full ome med kit. Leafs started to squeak after week 2. Got under for a bolt check at 3 weeks. Noticed shocks have lost most of the paint chipped off.... IMG_20211110_131420522_HDR.jpg

Still pumped on the kit! Makes quick work of all dirt road and heavy wash board road. Night and day compared to factory off road set up. Quick undercoating on the rear shocks is gonna help with the rock pitting and paint chips on shocks. I coated the rear springs wax and lube. Squeaking subsided for now. Loves it.

Haha that was horrible, I love it! :fistbump:

Not really, they don't salt the roads here which is super nice. California is very easy on cars compared to a lot of other places. I just haul on dirt roads fairly often and that has stripped all the paint off, and it doesn't matter where you are if you got bare metal, rust happens.

Same thing is happening on my buddies Sequoia, guess its a common thing with the OME struts, I've had mine on for 10,000 miles and they look like hell!

Think I'm going to pull the trigger. Wheeler's has a Black Friday sale right now and their OME kit comes with NitroCharger front/rear shocks (90000 firm), springs (886), Dakar rear leaf springs (EL095R), Wheeler's polyurethane bushings, 95PF5 front trim packer, FK29 driveline bearing drop kit, and Wheeler's u-bolts. Added the carrier bearing drop kit and some UCAs; not sure if I need the UCAs but my gut says get them anyway. Also getting the ECGS bushing with tools. Anything I'm missing?

Uca definitely a good idea. I'm running with out right now. But will be getting something soon.
You might need a small axle shim for the rear end.
I was getting a slight vibration after installing, slower speeds 20km/h to 40km/h. Even with the center bearing drop, I got a set of 2deg axle shims from Amazon. Fixed it right up. the kit comes with bearing drop kit. No need to order it separately.
I never installed the ecgs bushing
I'm running 888 and 90021. Hits hard on full droop but nature of the beast from what I'm after reading.
I had squeak in the rear leafs 2 weeks in coated leafs in cavity wax and rust check. All good for now. Just be prepared for noisy leafs. Other than the noisy leafs and full droop knock ( which might be lack of uca just haven't checked for interference yet) it's a great set up! Night and day difference from factory off road stuff. Absolute beast in the dirt!

Thank you! I will get the ECGS bushing and only install if I have any issues. Mainly getting it so that I don't have to wait for shipping if there is a problem. I appreciate the input!!

You might as well do it while you have the front end apart. It's only another hour of work and a fairly easy install.

I just installed the same (886/90000 front) from Wheelers other than I went with heavier (112) rear leafs on my 2021 TRD OR SB.

    - The FK29 is the carrier bearing drop
    - the EL095 are now the newer 111 and the heavier EL096 are the newer 112

Front lifted 2 1/4 inches without a bumper and winch on it yet
Rear came up 3" until I loaded 700-800lbs of gear in the back and it settled to 1 1/2"

No need for UCA's or ECGS. CV angles are fine and I don't have a bumper and winch on yet.

Pictures are a few posts above your post.

    Starting....
Ok..need best advice. Here is what I have done so far:

    Just Installed:

    Rims: 16" Black Rhino's with -10mm offset

    Tires: Nitto Ridge Grapplers (295/75/R16)

    with....

    Front
: 2.5" Old Man EMU Lift (on 2nd notch) with JBA UCA's added at the same time as the tires/rims. Executed a moderate Viper Cut.

Rear: 3 Leaf AAL 2" Lift resulting in an even rake

    All: 1.5"
SpiderTrax Spacers - Removed all mud guards

    Problem
: Still getting a very slight rub with the front tires on the back part of the front wheel well, even after cutting a 2" square plastic wheel well from both front wells.

    Possible Solutions for front rub:
    1. Go up one notch on EMU's increasing stiffness of ride but increasing lift.
    AND/OR
    2. Go up by installing top spacers for 1" lift (some sites say damage can occur with adjustable lift kits)
    AND/OR
    3. Add new wider spacers on hub to replace the 1.5" SpiderTrax
    OR
    4. Cut metal
    OR
    5. Some of the above?

Possible Solutions for Rear (No Rubbing just want an even rake and a little bit of room):
    1. Install commensurate shim under leaf pack to level rake.
    OR
    2. Suggestions?

I can do pictures if needed tomorrow when power is back on and we have light.

    Thoughts and funny comments?

    Heck yeah 295s :headbang:

There’s a misconception that lifting the truck will solve the tire rub. It actually really won’t fix anything neither adding spacers. Time to take out the hammer and start pounding. Have you done the CMC?

So have the EL095 and EL096 been replaced with the 111 and 112? I see that they still have 95 and 96 only listed on the website. So you ordered from there but got the newer style instead?
