So I called up both DSMS and ARB USA today. Both have told me that OME springs are not compatible with 5100's, yet I see guys on here with them. Any idea why I'm getting conflicting information? I have a 2011 DCSB TRD Off-Road with the billys already installed. I'm contemplating upgrading my stock springs with OME and readjusting to 0.

Satoshi'd grill. blacked out badges. aftermarket sound system. De-chromed and color matched. OME 885s + Dakars with 3rd leaf removed. LR UCAs. Scs stealth 6 with 285 duratracs. BAMF sliders
Are you sure DSM said that they are not compatable? Or not recomended? Those guys know their stuff so i doubt that they would tell you the setup wont work. Toytec says the same thing, so even though i run all OME i talked to toytec, heres what they said

OME is not made to work with Bilstein and Bilstein is not made to work with OME. Bilstein and OME will not warranty their products if they are used with the other.

Besides that fact i choose to go with OME shocks paired with OME coils because the shocks are specifically engineered/valved to work with these springs.

But yes, you can run 885s on 5100s set at 0. Tons of guys have this setup.

My apologies to DSMS, it was not them that told me this. It was 4wheelparts. My mistake.

Yeah, I'm probably going to go ahead and wait and save up more and just go with a full OME setup. I was just taking a look at a less costly setup considering I already had the billys. Thanks for the help guys.

Nothing else is moving, just that washer.

I don't think so. Both sides are the same, so if I screwed it up, they're both wrong. Ill pull the tire and inspect better tomorrow evening.

Yeah, I think it's due to the warranty aspect of it "not recommended"... I'll be installing 5100's with my coils because I got them before I decided to go with 885's. Lots of guys are running them. Search around and see what they have to say. I haven't heard anything terrible yet.

My approach on this issue is more along the lines of "better off looking at it, than looking for it".

CB drop didn't work for me...Neither did any degree shims, or combination of both. Vibrations are nasty, looking into other solutions currently(maybe getting a double cardon 1 peice drive shaft).

I remember reading some of your posts on vibes. Installing the OME lift really shouldn't have caused you this much of a headache. Is the balancing weight on your driveshaft still there?
