    Correct. 883s have a higher spring rate and same length as 881s. 882s are taller.

    Hi. Thoughts on 60065 vs 60062. Tacoma 98 bouncing around fast on dirt roads with surfboards and camping gear in back and medium loads for construction. Cheers

    60065 is the Nitrocharger Sport. It's basically the second generation of the nitrocharger shock and ARB claims it handles all terrain better and smoother.

    I finished installing my OME lift.
    I installed the back last week and was driving around like a stink bug while I waited for the front components to arrive.

    Looks like you got a bit of lift from those front springs! Which did you install? 881, 882, or 883's?

    I went with the 882s. I am shopping for a front bumper so I wanted taller springs. Also, Ive read that the 881s settle quite a bit more than the 882s. I was a little nervous the ride would suffer but it is way better than before.
    I ended up getting about 4" all around with the heavy load leafs and 882s. The stock suspension was very, very tired so that made it more drastic too.
    I suspect it'll settle a bit so i am curios to see what will happen after several hundred miles.

    @Oldred92 I have 881's but I think I'll want 883's or 882's after I build a bumper. I found that the 881's barely gave me 2", def not the 2+" I read about

    After two weeks with my new suspension I love it buuuut it already has a pretty severe Taco Lean. Any advice?

    The front is level as far as I can tell. I still need to take my measurements to make sure. I only notice the lean in the back.
    Also, because I have the 882s up front, it was recommended that I not use spacers.

    Your leaf packs are side specific to account for the extra weight of the gas tank. Did you install them on the correct side?

    “A” is driver. “B” is passenger, if I recall correctly.

    A shim under the coil bucket is the good way to fix it. If the back is equal or higher than the front. Its putting lateral force on the front causing the lean. Thats why another correrected you on your front setup.

    The front sits higher than the rear with the 882s.
    I confirmed that the leafs are on the correct side.

    @Oldred92 Your getting confused on parts. If your truck is squatting on the driver rear more, then putting a trim packer under driver front will put the weight distribution on the passenger rear leveling out the truck. NOT a top plate spacer that will lift it and make your cvs worse. Right now your leafs are taking 70% of the load being lower in the rear then front.

    OK Guys, I need some help.

    I was about to pull the trigger on the set up below for my son’s 1995 V6 extended cab Tacoma until on page 100 or so I read that the Dakar leaf packs don’t work well on the 1995’s. I don’t want the ass sky high. Can someone help me confirm this. I was also planning on going with 32/11.5/15’s after the lift. And clearance issues.

    ARB 2881
    OME 90004 nitrocharger sport front shocks
    OME trim packer
    OME 60062 nitrocharger sport rear shocks
    OME CS019R full Dakar leaf pack replacement for ext cab
    OME ubolts
    OME bushing kit
    OME sleeves
    SS Kevlar reinforced rear brake line

    Thanks for your help. This is my first attempt at lifting a Toyota.

    Yeah same concept but for tacoma they go under the spring seat. 4runner rears and land rovers use that style. Im sure it would work but i have never seen them on tacomas.

    Its objective is to compress the spring more vs something sitting on top of the spring top hat. They are stackable as well, usually 1 of them fixes the tacoma lean.
