Money sent to Wheeler’s on my new setup! I’ve got feelings of excitement and pain, all at the same time!

    881s pre-assembled to my shocks
    Nitro chargers all ‘round
    Dakars w/ no aal
LR UCAs, because I’m replacing pretty much everything else, suspension-wise, too.

Yup. Gonna be fun. Louisiana has been fairly nice to my truck, so far. Should I start hosing down stuff with WD40 anyway?

I would use some PB Blaster over WD-40

It's normal as far as I'm concerned. I just installed the OME Dakars on my 04, gave me the same 2.5" of lift that the 3 leaf AALs did that I had on previously, and they look about the same "flat" wise (not flat just not as arched as they were before they went in). Every set of Dakars I've seen on a 1st gen looks that way.

Just finished my OME this past weekend - 881's with 3/8 spacer up front and SPC upper control arms, full Dakar in the back. Went from 35" to 39" up front and 36" to 40" in the back.

Finally got out in the woods to see how the new suspension would perform. Im happy with it. Better than stock for sure.

2881's with the Bilstein 5100's. I'm running a 1/2" spacer drivers side and a 3/8" on passenger to try to compensate for the "Tacoma lean" but it still is about 1/2" lower on drivers side. Great setup though!20180414_061234.jpg

Do you mind getting a hub-to-fender measurement? I’m looking forward to getting the same setup.

No problem, just took measurements. From center hub to fender was 23 1/4" on both sides

When you say full Dakar - does that include an AAL? For some reason I cant see the images you included, but looks break from what I can see on the profile image.

Thank you, looks incredible. Wheels are dope and your truck is so clean! I will be interested to see if it settles, from the pics, it looks like you got more lift than the average person, but measurements sound similar. 193 pages later, seems everyone gets a little bit different result... can't wait to order mine and see what happens hahaha
