Good to know. I would be very happy to see it relax that much!

I have wondered the same. I wouldnt have expected it to be a full inch, but 20 years later, it is probably the case. The only reason I dont know if that is the case is the angle of the upper control arm. I didnt think it would be so drastic, which I believe also limits travel... If it doesnt settle I might look for after market UCAs, that might help with that? Not sure, but I guess doesnt hurt regardless. Supposed to also help with alignment numbers anyway but the shop said mine are fine. Mostly just worried with the CV angles with that as much lift as it has now.

I got a set of the SPC UCAs NIB for a good deal. They’ve been sitting waiting for my lift

Nice - where did you order yours? I see Wheeler's carries them for $507

Looking to get a 3" lift.

    Truck: 2000 xtra cab v6 4x4 170K

Future plans: Topper, RTT with full rack, New bumpers, winch, additional recovery gear, fridge (Opt.), 16" steelies, BFG KM2 255/85 R16

The setup I'm thinking: 882, (Shocks undecided), Dakar w/ AAL, SPC Control Arm, Spacer (Opt.). I'll have Wheeler's assemble the struts.

Can you get hub-to-fender measurements instead of ground-to-fender because the tire size affects the measurement from the ground. I had 5100s set on the top notch for a while and just switched my setup to 5100s (lowest notch) with 881s and a 3/8" spacer. My front end got raised about a half and inch or so but I can get hub-to-fender measurements if you would like.

Also, what do you have for the rear? Stock or lifted? My front end setup sits pretty even with 5100s and a 1.5" Add-A-Leaf in the rear.

Measure from center of hub to bottom of flare? I can do that now & the rear is just stock leafs.

Yes. Most people on here say that you will gain around 2" of lift from the 881s which is probably a little bit more than the middle notch of the 5100s gave you.

Set one notch down on 5100’s with stock springs it’s 23 inches from center hub to bottom of flare.

    Anything is possible.

Are you thinking 882 coils or something different? I think the 882s on nitrochargers or bilsteins set at 0 will give you over 2"

    881's with 5100 maybe a 3/8 top spacer

Ditch the spacer. Just get the 882s. They are a longer coil with identical spring rate as 881s. Just my opinion

But depending on the truck, the 882s could give too much lift.

I just ordered the 881’s hopefully the truck sits at the same or around the same height as before

Bilstein 5100's front and rear, 2881 coils, and Deavers AAL. Front is set on second notch which is .67" I believe.

No top spacer, could really use some UCA but rides not terrible. Wheels are 18x9 0 offset, tires are 275/70.
