    Got them installed, pulled two of the lower springs out,
    She rides great but the back is still 1.5” higher than where I want it to be so that it’s level with the 2” lift on the front from the kings.
    I put 400 pounds of sand bags in the back and that makes it level,
    Any tricks to getting the back end to settle 1.5” down?
    Drive it with 400 pounds of extra sand in the back for a month?

    You know the old saying... "It is, what it is"

    Time will resolve it. Could always rip it all out up front and put in a couple of trim packers (?). At least it's not stink bug. I think with the single cabs its just going to be tough trying to get everything where you want it to sit.

    I can raise the front with the kings if I want too but would prefer not,
    Will run it for now with the 400 extra pounds and see if that helps settle it,

    the ride and handling is much better by far from the Toyota spring setup

    Hopefully wont take a big hit to the MPG with all the added weight. Truck still looks bad ass. :thumbsup:

    Weld on sliders, fiberglass shell, 12k winch in an Elite Offroad bumper, front Aussie Lunchbox
    Id run it with the weight for a tank or two. It should settle 1/2-3/4”. At least you’ll know how it sits when loaded.

    Yup ok, I put 8, 50 pound bags =400lbs in the back,
    Without the bags it’s definitely sitting to tall, I’m not sure how the company can sell these springs this way and I’ve removed two springs too and still way to tall

    What shackles are you running? I kinda dialed in my weight load/squat then adjusted my shackle length. Think I have 3/4” lift shackles combined with a custom leaf setup to get what I wanted at that time. I have new coil springs and will remove a leaf and add back in an overload and hope I can bring it back down 3/4” total. As long as you don’t mind the wrenching it’s cheap to do such. Leaf bolts are about $10 and then maybe 1.5-2 hours wrenching to remove or add a leaf. My front is just borderline in spec so I’m aiming to drop it 1/2” and likewise in the rear.

    I didn't notice the shackles lengths, will look, the shackles are old man also.
    Will look into that.
    I've removed 2 leafs, can't really move more, I'm ar 3 over 1 from 3 over 3,

    Shackle Set for 95-04 Tacoma GS12 , says they are OEM height,

    I wonder if they make a shackle that is adjustable going down in height instead of up in height?
    Maybe I will make posting if they are available for our trucks because I don’t know

    I don’t know if they make shorter shackles. I got mine from ToyTec years ago.

    I think I found out my problem,
    The install shop ordered CS018R OEMS, apparently they don’t make a rear spring for the single cab 95-97,
    Makes sense, going to return them and get Deavers I guess,
    I bet the springs that were ordered are for the 98 single cab which would be a little longer hence the 2” lift after two leafs were removed

    My truck is higher in the back with the Dakars but I don’t mind it. Sits pretty level with weight in the bed or towing my trailer.

    It’s strange I did too just now but if you go to the old man’s website I don’t see them available there, nothing for 95-97,
    Totally lost and confused now, I measured again today and I’m at 2.5” too high with two leaves removed, does not make sense

    Yeah, ARB really purged their spec/product sheet. Saw that too. Nothing for pre-98 and nothing for standard cabs.

    Maybe confirm the pack that you received is in fact the CS018R. Sorry man, frustrating as hell I'm sure. Sucks.

    You may have to. I’ve got a 96 extended cab with the ome 882’s up front which are pretty tall. With my dakars I have it setup the same way as you and still have some rake. They are pretty new and hope to get some settle. I have about 500lbs of equipment weight sitting in the back of it for the last couple months.

    I know you're not a rock crawler off road guy, but flexing out those new springs will help to speed up the settling process, especially with that extra 400# in there. Cycling the leaf packs is what does it.
