    Here's a pic right before I sold my truck last week. I ran OME 881 with OME struts up front and Wheelers 4 leaf pack and OME shocks in the rear. 31 x 10.5 x 15 Cooper ST's.

    Testing the flex right after I lifted it back in the day.

    Thanks. That was a few years ago. Just had the MTs put on. The 882s had been on for a few months, the Dakars a couple years.

    How's the ride empty with the Dakar pack? I'm still tossing around what direction I'm going for a lift.

    It is a little rough but it is a truck. I don't even remember what stock was like to compare.

    I added all new suspension two weeks ago. Don't know about tomtom but mine was twice as good as stock. With that being said my stock leafs were flat and wore out.

    Same basic shit everybody else had 5 years ago.
    I agree from experience. I have an 2003 DC with an ARB up front w/o a winch and a camper shell on the back. The front sat about an inch or more higher with the ARB on the front and 882s and the shell on the back. I had to take the shell off until I could get the AAL shipped just to be close to level. Now with the AAL in the Dakars I was able to add my shell, bed drawer system and the CBI with swing away and still have a rake.

    Ha! Not much to see pretty much the basic deal just like everybody else's around here. All the good stuff is on the outside, under the skin is just a plain old truck, nothing fancy for sure.

    I guess the term "system" might be a little overkill but these are the best photos I have of it....its out right now and tucked away in a barn. Either way it's homemade but works well for me.

    Cool, I like that a lot. Know who made the hinges? Thinking of doing two sides on mine, one to transport firearms legally (effed up laws in CA) and the other for misc stuff and ammo that I'd like to store and keep dry.

    Just got back from getting an alignment and my cam bushings are seized:mad:
    I first took it to les schwab, big mistake, and the guy tried to tell me I needed new inner tie rods before he'd do an alignment. I told him he was full of shit because I checked everything last week when I installed the lift and went to a local shop. Luckily my camber and caster aren't bad so tire wear shouldn't be an issue.

    @Yotafish, that's a sweet truck man.

    All, instead of paying Wheelers $120 to assemble my front struts and springs I know a local shop that'll do it for $30. So can I pretty much get any OEM strut mount plate for the build? I was looking at Monroe brand from parts Geek for $17 apiece. Do the 3 upper studs just pop out on those things?
