    Awesome, thanks guys

I'll most likely go with the 883's and if I get a winch and want more height a spacer is cheaper than replacing the coils.

Ok guys im in an ordeal. I put my OME suspension on this weekend and i had left my truck at my friends house for a night because we weren't done and i had to go to a banquet. Well he put the leaf springs on that night and he told that he did. I get back the next day and we put u bolts, shocks, etc all back on and buttoned up and i looked and the damn leaf springs were on the wrong sides. i got the "0"(on spec) and a "-"(below spec) and he put the below spec on drivers and the other on passenger. Now i have, from the tailgate with a level and measured, about a 1/4" lean to my driver side with a 7/8 tank of gas. I am debating if i need to convince him to switch them or just leave them? What do you guys think? Thanks! :(

^^^^ that would drive me nuts if I had that lean and knew the leafs were on wrong way around.

I would switch them, the lean will become more noticeable once they start to break in.

Those spacers, where do they go within the coil assembly? On top of the top hat or on top of the coil itself, or??

Yeah i am kinda OCD about stuff like that but do you have a recommendation on how to get the driver front main eye bolt out cuz the gas tank is in the way to get in there with a hammer?

Yes. That is the Jeep JK pre-load spacer.
What I posted is a top plate spacer.

I'm going off memory here but this is how I think I did it.

    Get the nut off

Have a friend pull down near the front hanger and get a long metal rod that fits in the hole and put it there and when he pulls down hit the rod with the a hammer and it should come slowly. Once you have enough to pull it from the other side do that.

You may have others chime in because I'm just going off of memory here.

Is the frame supported by jack stands on both sides?

Take both rear wheels off and let the rear axle droop so the spring tension is released. When the spring is unloaded it will be much easier to slide the front main eye bolt out. I use a floor jack under the axle on that side to lift just enough to remove the rear shackle, then the front main eye bolt.

No hammering required when there is no tension on the leaf spring.
