Get in the garage, the the steering wheel as far as you can, get out, and figure on needing to cut at least 2" or more in a radius around the tire. Then look at the opposite side of the truck and the same goes there. That'll get you in a parking spot. You'll need to trim more if you want to go wheeling.

You can play with the backspacing some, too. Just remember that the wheels/tires will extend or retract away from the pivot point of the knuckle. I'm running 33/1050s and additional backspacing would put me further into the wheel wells. It's got a -12mm offset on a 15x8, which is roughly 4" BS.

Why do u have 2.75" of BS? If u have spacers ditch them things! That BS is causing a lot of your rubbing. I used to run 33 12.5's on 2.75" lift with 3.5" BS. Pinch weld mod. It still rubbed on full lock full stuff though. If you don't want any rubbing you'll have to tub. If u get your BS to 3.5 or 3.75 inches and do the pinch weld you'll be close to my old set up and only rub at full lock-stuff. But I had 2.75" of lift too! I'm guessing your set up is no more than 2.5" of lift. So no matter what you're rubbing without cutting. Lots of cutting if staying the way it currently is.

*edit* I read your earlier post. I see u did use spacers. Since that's the case are you running a 4"BS wheel to get your BS measurement? I don't know if you can get away with that(it'd be super close) not rubbing on the spindle or not, by just mounting it up without the spacers, could frame rub too. I suppose not since I figure you checked that before going the spacer route but if you didn't you might look into it?

Full ome lift, nitro charger sports all 4 corners (rear shocks relocated), Dakar pack w/ AAL, 882 coils, diff drop, toytec 1" shackles, trail gear low profile front bumper, Tuff Stuff winch, bamf sliders, RAT skids, BAMF Bed Rack, Tepui Kukenam RTT, RAT rear bumper,
The spacers will cause you more grief on the fenders for sure. I rubbed when stuffing with 1.25" spacer and 3.75 bs wheel. Took the spacers off and cured that problem. I liked the stance and stability, and really only took them off cuz I think they were effed up - making a clickin noise. Never did diagnose that... Anyways, I'm on 882's so I have a little extra lift compared to your setup.

Thanks for all the inputs guys. Yeah I figured it was my backspacing giving me trouble. Running a 4" bs wheel + 1.25" spacers, looks great but will take a lot if cutting like you guys said.

I picked up the wheels and tires used for like $340 bucks just to give it a try so I'll just resell them. Like all 15" rims they rub the brake caliper, so that's why I played around with the spacers idea. I have a set of the 16" 4runner limited 5 spoke wheels as a backup. Thinking I'm just going to go with getting some 285/75/16 mounted on them and just trim the and hammer the pinch welds.

Well, it's been about 2 months since my OME install. I kind of wish I would have gone with 881's instead of 882's. My truck sits level with dakars and additional overload leaf with my canopy on. I was hoping for a little rake. May have to get some longer shackles in the future. Ride is great though. Very smooth on and off road.

I was the same, but with 883s Fyi. Which are the same height as the 881s but stiffer. I added toytec 2" lift shackles to get the rake I wanted.

Speaking of...might as well whore out my truck more since I don't think I've posted in this thread with the shackles and new tires/wheels...

Truck looks awesome. We have the same wheels :) pretty soon, you'll have to plastidip those center caps. Mine turned yellow. The plastidip matches damn near perfect though and I just sprayed two quick coats when I was rotating my wheels.

That sucks, I went with black lug nuts. I suppose you could always paint yours with some rustoleum. Or get some red lugs to match your truck.... That would look pretty cool I think.

I couldn't find a matching red so I told myself I would do black. Then when I was at the tire shop getting them put on, they wanted like 120 bucks for black lug nuts  Needless to say, I went with chrome haha. This summer I will buy black ones.

Those of you who assembled your struts yourself did you use spring compressors or use the floor jack under the LCA method?
I used the floor jack under the LCA method to install my 5100's with stock springs but I don't know how well it'll work with 883's.

I used the Jack under the LCA with 883 and had no problems.
