    Wonder if I can add another leaf in my pack end of summer? Anyone done that with these packs before? I

    I plan to with mine. I got the Wheelers 5 lead pack and I kept my old OEM leaves. Ima try to add one or two of the longer ones and remove the overload. May have to cut them down some, but I'll figure that out when I get to that point.

    I recently installed 881's w/ spacer....

    Personally I thought it wouldnt be that bad to bottle jack the coil assembly in, letting the stock coil down and out was easy enough.

    But after a few sketchy tries and not getting all that close I decided it was easier, safer, and faster to just rent (for free/deposit) some auto store compressors and go that route.

    Thanks, when I found a black double cab in such good condition it felt like I struck gold! My old suspension was so worn out...installing the OME kit drastically changed the ride. Extremely happy with it.

    So far I'm impressed with the KO2's. Be sure to post some pics of your black beauty once you get the lift on.

    Mine usually ride on the overload for camping. Nothing out of the ordinary for Dakars as far as I can tell.

    Negative. I'd love to though. I don't think a weigh station would let me, but I've never tried. :notsure:

    I'd guess I have 150 lbs from my shell, another 100-200lbs of wood, and probably another couple hundred lbs of beer alone....jk, but at least one hundred more pounds of all my gear for the weekend. Plus the RTT which isn't sitting directly above the springs but still affects it.

    Take a load of garbage to the landfill, doesn't have to be much, and you get weighed coming and going for a small disposal fee.

    Good to know I'm not alone on that.
    No u bolt relocation. Maybe some day, but not a priority for me at the moment.
    I want to, almost went today on way back home but wife was feeling car sick.

    Okay, some people were telling me that I could cause serious shock damage by doing that. I have the 5100's that are rated to 2.5 or 3 inches of lift

    They don't have much room left to go up so I could see bottoming out a shock. But I don't really drive that fast offroad, and plenty of wiggle room for street driving.
