Holy crap...sick truck. Talk about turn-key! The thing that gets underestimated and not reimbursed is the incredible amount of time and expense (beyond the parts themselves) that it takes to build a truck up to this level. Good luck!

Unreal. I need to go buy a lot ticket. Either that or go take my truck to the dealer and get the money they are handing out and buy this instead. Just wow.

Awesome truck. Been helping a friend look for 2022 Tacoma. Dealers around here want $3000 over MSRP. This truck for $50k is a STEAL! GLWS.

@Mr. Excitement is right. Looks like a $70,000 truck all day long.

I like the recessed pods in bumper a lot.

I have also noticed people bashing on the price especially in less knowledgeable forums/FB groups. Comparing LT and super chargers to bilstein and rough country...

I appreciate the good words man. It's been a fun project and I don't want to screw the next person in line, I only want them to enjoy it as much as I have.

    Thanks dude!

Bashing the price of this truck specifically? Or just in general? It's unfortunate because it really does go both ways. Some know what they are looking at and know that it is either over/fairly/under priced while other trying to sell add a $30,000 sentimental markup.

I think the price is more than fair on this build and several others that are currently up here when you factor in the truck and mods and leave out the labor and emotions.

I think there are two competing elements happening with highly modified vehicles of any kind:

    1) Modified vehicles have a much smaller addressable market of customers. Most people in general will want a stock vehicle (in the world, not specifically on an enthusiast forum)
    2) People who DO want a modified vehicle will value the upgrades. For someone to replicate this vehicle would cost much more than $50k. Not to mention the research and planning that went into the build.

Looking at the way you decided on the price of $50k, I think if someone wants this vehicle they should pay you that. It is more than fair, and IMHO any negotiation down from that number wouldn’t work for me.

I was joking about $70k. But I wouldn’t blame you if you asked for that. So what’s it really worth? We’ll see, but I wish I had $50k burning a hole in my pocket!

I couldn't agree with you more. Stock is what 95% of the population will want. The 5% lives here and we're all a little nuts. Even with those that do want modified vehicles, some will want to build from stock, while others seek a turn-key solution.

Your insight into the price and value it much appreciated and reassuring.

Look, I am a sales guy through and through, but I also have a heart and $70k just isn't fair. $50K is where she'll stay, but I may come off that if you have $49,999 burning a hole in your pocket LOL

Not about yours at all! This is a great price I think. Personally wish I maybe didn't dump as much into mine and went with something similar to your build spec! I priced mine relative to what I've seen sell in the last 6 weeks, solely on that, I couldn't even tell you how much I spent only roughly. lmao

This is a steal! A rig that you know is built right and with all the right stuff. And the guy selling it is a good dude. And we all know where to find him for post purchase questions. I can’t believe this thing lasted a day! Absolute beauty, Drew. Someone is going to get lucky with this one.
