OME 3" Lift with 2-3" Body. Bad idea?

I'm planning on getting the OME 3" lift kit for my truck, but I want it to look higher. I'm thinking about adding a 2 or 3" body lift on top of that so it has the the height I wanna see. I can't afford a 6" suspension lift so thats out of the question. Pros? Cons?

 

Pros: you may look taller

Cons: You wont actually be taller, your frame will show everywhere, your engine will get muddy, your tires will look small

Your not going to look like you have 6" lift with the body lift. I wouldn't do it body lifts are for Mall crawlers if you plan on taking your truck on any unpaved road don't do the body lift the OME lift will look just fine.

If you go with 1" or 1 1/2" that's fine but a 3" is just looking for trouble.

 

I say go with what is practical, just like you wouldn't use square wheels you wouldn't use solid spacers as suspension
