those are just top plate spacers. They will give an exrta 1/2" of lift..
The OME trim packer is this...

I see, but mine go on top, note the holes for the strut bolts. 2710843D_22f267579aac3e4792c2b478a070a49f62e0aaca.jpg
The rep said it doesn't change the compression of the spring....and he seemed clueless about the left side lean. Also, if the spacer is only .200 thick, how is that supposed to account for .625 of lift???? I know that angles are involved, but that seems like a lot of lift for a .200 spacer. All I want to do, is improve the ride of my truck, and for it to be close to level...what a pain in the a$$ this is becoming....

What is your opinion about the lean? Should I only install the left side, or make another one (I am a Machinist/Tool and Die Maker), only thicker? will that still be ok for stock UCA's -----front end allignment issues????

Just when I think I have this figured out... I thought this was something you get if you start to g etc the lean, but looking at how it's on the shock above, it doesn't look easy to pop right on . So please tel me, should I be putting this on when I install my lift? How will I know if I will need it? I am going to get ome 886 lift. Oz-t, I see your comments all over the place and feel you know what you are talking about. Could you answer this? Much appreciated.

The trim packer i showed is to correct the Taco lean that most all tacomas have. So you should install this on the drivers side when installing your OME lift.

The spacer you got are top plate spacers. 1/4" spacers= 1/2" of lift and so on.. There for giving a bit more lift so that people can get to or close to 3"s of lift.. I have the 1/4" spacers myself.
The 885's should give a V6 4x4 about 2.5" of lift.. DC and AC models will be slightly different.
So if you get 2.5" of lift from your 885's and want 3"s of lift, then just install your top plate 1/4" thick spacers and you should be good to go.
Hope this clears some thing up for you guys..:)

    This ^^

just get an OME trim packer and put it on the driver's side , below the coil seat , and then add your two top plate spacers to the top , one per side

is that trim packer only able to be used on OME shocks? Lookin to replace my Procomp coils with OME 885's and add the top plate spaceers for 3" of lift. would like to use the trim packer to compensate for taco lean. thinking i may have to use OME shocks tho :(

The OME trim packer only works with OME shocks
