Would I get a better ride from OME 885 coils on my 5100's up front rather than just cranking them up to 2.5? Also if I did get 885 coils what would I need to put in the back to make it sit level?

I would think it would ride better. I have OME coils on 5100's set at 0 and it rides great. You could get a 2" aal for the rear to level.

Since i have the 5100's all the way around if I put a 2" aal in the back would i have to replace the rear shocks?

no, the 5100 rear shocks are designed to work with up to 3" of lift.

How would this look riding on my stock terrible rugged trail tires for a while until I can get new tires?

OME coils ftw! You can search the forum for pics of stock tires while lifted if you're concerned about that. Others have had similar concerns in the past.

Do you have over 100 pounds of weight on the front of your truck and normally keep it fully loaded with 4 passengers? If not get the 884's. You can crank the Bilsteins up to .84 if its not enough lift for you.
