I am looking to get some OME Leaf Springs for my 2000 Toyota Tacoma Ext Cab SR5.

    I would like to know:
    1) the amount of lift people have gotten with them installed.
    2) if I get them, what else do I have to do to accommodate for the lift.
    3) Pictures if possible.

Interested in going the easy route with these or the OMD method.

What's the longevity of these as well?
    Shocks people are using?
    Need for extended bump stops?

    OME and worth every penny.
I put them on my 2000 @ 100K miles or so. I think I got about 2.5 inches. Didn't really care as I just wanted a better ride. I now have about 170K and the Nitrochargers are prob. getting worn. The setup sure was sweet when new. Whole truck is getting pretty old now so it doesn't matter as much. Overall I was very satisfied with how it rode/ wore. I think I got the lightest springs up ft. with stiffer shock valving. Should probb. have done the opps.

I have looked there and I cannot recall seeing but maybe one 1st Gen truck in there. Of course I did not read each post seeing as I realised it was a 2nd gen dominant thread. So that is why I posted it in the 1st Gen section to try and get some information out of some fellow 1st gen taco owners.
