I did it by myself and it took about 4 hours. its a really straight forward install. Shouldnt be too many surprises.

I just bent the fender, removed the battery and pulled the UCA bolts out. Put them right back in with the LR UCA's and it wasn't bad at all. Read the install threads on here and take your time and don't be in a rush. Mine was about 10-11 hours with a friend helping and neither of us had installed a lift before.

Satoshi'd grill. blacked out badges. aftermarket sound system. De-chromed and color matched. OME 885s + Dakars with 3rd leaf removed. LR UCAs. Scs stealth 6 with 285 duratracs. BAMF sliders
An extra set of hands would be nice for doing the UCAs, its tricky getting the inner washers in. One side they slid right in, one side i had to pry the actual UCA apart to squeeze the washer in, at the same time feed the bolt thru, so you can see how it can be hard to do it yourself. A small prying tool will help you manuever the bottom eyes of the shocks into position to get the bolts in.

bullaculla, I tried that way, removing those nuts and others and couldn't get those lines to move enough. I also thought I wouldn't have enough room even with them gone so I gave up and bent the fender.

Someone mentioned The UCA was easy on one side and difficult on the other. My driver UCA slid right on but I had to use a wedge to spread the passenger side to get the inner washers on. I had synthetic shims for installing doors and windows that worked perfectly.

It took me 8 hours to do the front by myself. I also removed and greased the alignment cams while I had everything apart.

I did mine myself without cutting or bending anything (except the bolt head) And just one month after back fusion surgery. No problems with the washers or UCA being too tight. I guess everybody's trucks really are different.

Make sure you have a 1-1/4" socket for the UCA and torque to 150 ft lbs.

Is coil direction an issue if toy tech put the coil overs together

    Yes and no.
Toytec should have oriented the spring/shock combo itself, correctly.
It's up to you to figure out which one is the driver side and which is passenger side. Look at your truck's strut top plate (3)bolt orientation and the coil perches in Step 16; you'll figure it out.

They are labeled, plus one has the trim spacer for the "taco lean", do the three studs only fit in one way or can you rotate them

They only fit in one way if the coilover is already assembled. If you assemble them yourself it is possible to put them in backwards.

Took me 9 hours to do UCAs, front coilovers, rear AAL and rear shocks. I also had to assemble by coils on site. GL, have any questions there are plenty of helpful and knowledgeable people here.
