I am negotiating with a couple different dealerships about getting me a 2011 Tacoma DC 4x4 TRD Off-road or possibly a F150 CC/SB FX4.:) I am not sure if everything will go through or which one I will get if anything, but I like haggling with the dealers and looking for the good deals. (My wife hates when I do this.)

    I am currently driving a 2005 F250 XLT Diesel CC/SB FX4.

Question: Is the Platinum Warranty worth it?

You are in luck. This is the best palce to ask if you should a Tacoma or a ford. In my opinon, not that I own 3 Toyotas has any thing to do with what I am telling I myself would get the Tacoma

Depends on what they are going to sell the warranty for. Some would argue that warranties are a waste of money, other say it offers peace of mind.
