Sounds stupid...Sounds like a lot of pushups...

    But it WORKS.

I used to be able to do 100 pushups every night when in high school...Jr, and Sr. Year...Every weeknight, i'd bust out 100 just to tell my friends i could do it...

9 yrs later i tried to see how many i could do and my arms started shaking after 25. I felt like a wimp...

Every year i would make a new years resolution to do 25 pushups every night for a month and increase from there to get back up to my 100. I never did it...lol...Then a buddy of mine did this program and told me he could do 100...I laughed until he jumped down and proved it.

So about 8 weeks ago i started this program...And low and behold im back up to 100...
If you read the program, it has you start out with as many as you can do and then it puts you in a bracket that you have to follow..
    I started out with 32 and i was dead...lol
But i got to skip the first 2 weeks...I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS...lol...

Anyway...If you want to get in shape fairly easy, give it a try...There is a link on there as well to 200 situps...I did the pushups Mon Wed Fri and the Situps Tues, Thurs, Sat... I didnt quite make it to 200 situps...but im far better than i was...

Its all Free...Nothing to sign up for, nothing to buy...just download a pocketmod and fold it up...
