I'm about 95% positive I want to remove the dealer applied pinstripes, but there's also that small nagging bit in the back of my mind that I don't completely hate them with a raging passion and might (though highly doubt) regret taking them off. Anyway, just want to see what others think, and if someone has a pic of a stock access cab obsidian black... would help to make up my mind. Thanks in advance.

The other bit of it is, I want to do it sooner than later to prevent any color fading (also do a good wax job as well). Right now my garage is full of crap so she's sitting outside in the az sun...

    They don't look bad.

I wouldn't get them, but it's your truck, so do what you want to it. :D

Pin stripes look horrible, IMO. But it's very subjective.

I think they look fine, don't really care one way or the other. The problem I noticed on my old Neon is that with age, the pinstripes have started to crack quite a bit.

Pinstripes are like vacuums. They suck.

I like them on old sedans. Or low riders, and ghetto mobiles. In this world of flash where everyone wants more, flashier, bling, embellishment.

I see the beauty of less. The subtlety of clean minimalism. Of quiet conservativsm in all things.

The value of a vessel ( a large urn, a barrel, a basket) is in its emptyness. There is a certain quality and meaning to the addage, "less is more".

    Stock. Purchased 2/17/19. Cement!
Take them off. It doesn't flow right and looks odd. In my opinion, there should have been a type of sticker like that of the Dodge Charger on the side that follows the lines of the rear (it could read TRD or Tacoma).

Mine came off within a week of me owning the truck as well as the badging off the tailgate. I left the badging on the doors because I think it looks good with a little something.

They look alright, but a buddy of mine had a Sliverado that had them. And once he took them off it looked a lot better. Pull them off:D
