I know, another wheel offset thread. Bear with me...I know more about metric wheels and 240sx offsets.

So I have 09 TRD sport LB, no lift, no TSB.. If I get a lift it'll be 2" aal or leaf pack and 5100's

    Tires Nitto Terra Grapplers P265/70/17

I am undecided on which size rim.

I'm looking at Pro Comp 7005
    Option a - 17x8 4.5BS and zero offset
    Option b - 17x9 4.75BS and -6mm offset

I like the deeper dish look and think the 9" would look deeper but not sure if this will stick out "too far" or look funny on a 265

I know the 8" will work though... Any opinions? Mostly city driving but go up in TX countryside sometimes and a farm in Centerville.

    I'm rocking the 8s on my 285s,

9s might be weird on 265s.

5100's all around, fronts at 1.75". TSB leaf pack + Toytec TSB AAL
I have 17x9's. While I don't think they look weird with 265's, you get a whole lot more tire options to choose from with an 8" wide rim when dealing with 265s. That's the one regret I have is getting 9" wide wheels when planning on running 265s. 285s would be another story though.

well.. according this tool : http://www.rimsntires.com/specs.jsp

    the 9" would stick out 1.4" (36mm) further and the 8" 1.2" (30mm)..

    the 265 is a 10.4" tire .. so I would only have a buldge outside the 9" rim .7" vs 1.2" with 8"

    ... mmm
