    Just 3 tons of fun!!!
So @MattJakobs, @siznarf, @Blue Canary and I were talking Saturday. This has been a downright shit year for trips. Matt and I were hoping to do Rubicon this year, but 2020 was just a complete shit show.

We're looking to do a big 4 season next year. Haven't even determined what big 4 we're talking. But we thought it would be good to get a discussion going and a who, what, when, and where for next year.

We also figured we'd throw down our winter mod lists of things to do... so we can A) load up the peer pressure on getting things done. B) see what we can help each other get accomplished... so we make sure the rigs are ready when the trails open next year.

We're also looking to start throwing out dates... so we get things locked in, well in advance, so we don't have last minute shit blow up the trip(s).

    Trails we're looking at hitting:

    Definate:
    Rubicon 8/10
    Slick Rock 7/10

    Possibilities:
Deer Valley --> Snake Lake 7/10
    Fordyce 9/10

Other trails definately open for discussion. Trying to nail down 4 main trails to hit next year. We can add to the possibilities... and try to move them in to the definate list.

    **EDIT**
Just going to start naming off trails and we can work them in to possibilities, then in to the definite column: (I'll add in the trail ratings according to OnX Offroad. Not that OnX is the gospel on trail ratings, but it gives a place to start comparisons)

    Niagara Rim 6/10
    Barrett Lake Jeep Trail 7/10
    Buck Lake 7/10
    Stag Point 7/10
    Corral Hollow 4/10

How can we forget about our T4R brethren @siznarf

I need to dip my toes in on some trails before hitting those big name ones...I'm a bit rusty. I am down, nonetheless. Just worried that my non-selectable locker might be a hindrance

Couple things on my to-do list:
    1. Front coilovers
    2. UCA
    3. LCA Bushing
    4. Spindle Gussets
    5. PCK Correction
    6. Upper shock mount reinforcement
    7. Cam tab eliminator (maybe...but since I'm already doing LCA work might as well get it done)
    8. Steering rack bushings (or replace as rack a whole)
    9. Timing Belt/Water Pump/T-stat
    10. Rear Cargo drawers
    11. Front bumper (dependent on suspension setup)
    12. MOAAAR LUMENS

Might as well... get started on the list. This will be edited (added to). But this is a place holder for now.

    Winter maintenance:
    1. Reboot CVs
    2. Drain/fill trans
    3. Drain/fill rear diff
    4. Regrease drivelines and Ujoints
    5. Inspect and replace UBJs if necessary
    Armor:
    1. Gas tank skid (definate)
    2. Rear diff diaper
    Exterior:
    1. Rebuild (and lighten) RTT rack
    2. Add lights to cargo area
    3. Build new roof rack and mount
    4. Add heat shield under hood
    5. Re-vinyl hood
    6. Re-paint sliders and front bumper
    7. Replace driver door handle
    Suspension:
    1. Install front coilovers (when Fox pulls their heads out of their asses and actually sends them)
    2. Replace leaf springs (Alcan or Deaver)
    3. Replace front bumps with Durobump
    4. Coil bucket reinforcement
    Interior:
    1. Install new front seats
    2. Replace carpet with vinyl
    3. Install speakers, subs, amps
    4. Install Cobra 75 WXST and antenna
    5. Finish sound deadener floor and doors
    Miscellaneous:
    1. Definately - New tires (also looking in to new set of wheels, to run a daily set/wheeling set)
    2. Possibly - re-gear

We'll do Niagara Rim before any of that for a shake down. I wouldn't even say it's 6/10... the actual trail is probably 5/10 . There are obsticals where you can make it harder, but you don't have to do them. I'd actually like to do Niagara 1 more time before I wrap things up for the year.

Depending on when you do Niagra rim, I wouldn't mind getting in on the action.
