8x better burgers than Fudd's, and 20x better beers, at The Counter. Right next to a pizza joint, for those who want choices. In the same parking lot as a Homey Despot, so plenty of parking. And a tad closer to you North County ladies. Sand Canyon and Irvine Blvd, east of the 5 by about 2.5-3 miles.
Seriously. Best burgers I've ever had, beating Slater's by a W--I--D--E margin!
Oh, and butting up against the walkway that leads to a 24-Hour Fitness. In Irvine. Eye candy, anyone?
