I just told my company I’m taking my family time and the phone calls haven’t stopped . From the owner, pm, and superintendent. Fuck them when I needed some help none of them would pick up their phones now I’m ignoring them

 

dude, i feel ya. I manage a group of contractors and they have ZERO Regard when i am on vacation. my favorite is when they call, text, then call again with in 5 minutes and then wonder why I'm pissed off..

I had a superintendent from a pretty big ass contractor call me all hours of the night. I finally snapped on him and he proceeded to write a letter about my tattoos being gang related and offensive ( I always wear long sleeves) and that I wa sexually harassing the women in the office ( he was the one making comments I’d just laugh I know better )... when I was called it it he office every foreman gave me their Business card and said tell your owner to call us if he has any questions
