    Definitely disagree...for being less than 10 minutes driving distance from my garage to trailhead, Maple Springs and Main Divide are some pretty fun spots to spend an afternoon. Full cell phone reception, not too crowded, shaded areas, great views, and more than one way up and down. Can't beat that.

    nan i not rolling getting ready for Dumont Dunes at the end of month. Plus I was pretty pissed the last tw meet, that theses Gnar tw guys would just leave ppl behind on trail. I am not blaming this all you traveler, I am just saying what would happens if the guys in the back broke down you just going to keep on going. That is messed up. :annoyed: So i am choosing my spot wishly, on these tw meets .

    I know how annoying that can be...happened to me for 3 days straight out at Ocotillo in June. Full LT guys and MT guys hitting whoops at 40-50 and I just had to crawl and follow the dust trail. And yeah you're right that's a shitty situation if somebody breaks down and can't get help...definitely going to pay more attention next time to that.
