Oregon/Washington Craigslist Ads

Picked these up. Got em for $80. Great find man!

 

wish i was closer or i would buy them. Im in Central Or and i need seat covers.

 

I was looking at Wet Okole's and was just thinking about how if i spent that much on seat covers, i would be more scared to ruin the seat covers than the actual seats. Ill probably pick up some CoverKings for the rear seats, those are reasonably priced.

 

I used to have them on my 06. I didn't really care for them, especially in the heat. I'd love some okoles though

He doesn't describe what he had up there or what he was doing but there are a few variables that need to be considered:
Leer vs SnugTop canopy
long bed vs short bed (more window=less structure)
load weight (265/75/17 spare, 2x 5 gal metal cans, rack, etc)
mounting locations (too few and too close together, in my opinion)
What activity actually made it break.

 

Totally understandable. I paid less but I would still hate to break mine.

He did have a bit more up there in the pictures of the trip but I couldn't tell what it was. The other aspect that I wanted to point out is that all his weight was on the left side of the rack (the side that cracked).

 

Also the bars on my XTR are in line with the truck and the RTT will be secured straight to those, no cross bars like all other canopies (the contact points with the bars to the shell are closer in the middle of the shell than that of the leer pictured above)

 

The rims on this truck look familiar. TW member maybe?

Is anyone looking to buy some 265/70/17 Yokohama Geolander ATS tires? I took them off my truck only to get bigger tires. They have right around 9/32nds, which is about 70 percent tread. Trying to get them out of the garage!
