2nd pic looks like undercoating. Can't really tell if it's been replaced.

    Why do you ask?

Truck I'm looking at in MA. 132K on the clock. Been told zero rust both body and frame but worried frame was simply masked while back. 2 hrs away so attempting to get as many details prior to making trip. What would you guys spend on 1996 Tacom Reg Cab 4x4, mechanically sound, daily driver, 132K, ballpark wise?

You should be able to just ask for the VIN and then call toyota, they'll have records of the frame replacement if it happened. If it's lived in new england it's whole life I don't see how it couldn't have at least a little rust on the frame if its original. Also, if it's a new frame you should be able to see at least some of the stickers on the frame still.

Toyota undercoated the frames of the 1st gens if their frame didn't fail.
