Well it's been about 5 weeks since I knew I would be getting my Tacoma, I've been browsing this site a ton in the past weeks. It's a black 2003 Toyota Tacoma Prerunner SR5 V6 package. It was previously owned by my brother(who bought it used)

It is a little beat up, scratch directly behind the gas tank that needs to be fixed, and dented on the rear passenger side pretty good. The interior panels have cigarette burns. However, I love the truck anyways, all of that can be repaired.

I'm 17 so this is my second car, I had a 1995 Nissan Pathfinder before(nice car just was looking to upgrade a bit) Not planning on any major mods as of yet, maybe tint, hid, rear locker, and topper. But we will see how that goes.

Anyways, I know the rules- :worthless:
I only have 1 picture as I just got it about an hour ago, and it was dark(this picture is from a week or so ago)

Oddly Enough I don't have any pictures of it, it was mostly stock except it had the chrome nissan wheels, kuhmo a/t tires, and a thule rack. Nothing major, great car and never had any issues with it. Just needed something I didn't have to worry about taking on longer trips. GF goes to college 2 hours away and I'll most likely be going an hour and a half away from home.

Thanks Norton, I've driven a bit today, I think I'm really going to like it! It's going to take a little getting used to, the throttle and brakes are a bit more touchy but that's a good thing.

Detroit is overpriced crap IMO. Get a powertrax lockrite. Half the cost, twice the dependability... On the othr hand ARB is win.

Thanks for the replies guys, I'm loving the truck hate that I have to stop driving it when I get somewhere. I am definitely going to look into a locker for a first thing, I just have to find the funds. I am attempting to pay the truck off next summer. I will be heading off to college and don't want to have a truck payment causing me to work outrageous hours and school full time. So I think I'll pay off then mod. May try and get a locker for a Christmas present, hopefully.

And I am sure the mod bug will hit me hard, the question is how long I can resist it! Again thanks for the replies I'm pretty excited to be apart of the toyota family!
