@TS7xTaco you are correct, I totally missed that update. That's a little scary for the engine haha. I'd be happy at 5-8psi based on the initial dyno runs he shared!

I'd be content with ~7psi as well since there's only 91 octane available around me, but 15psi.. damn... :bikewhoops:

Yeah. If his first thoughts were “wow this thing loves torque at low boost”, then could we get an idea of a high end figure? Would make sense for everyone who is spending 6,000$ for the kit.

And pressure/intercooler side will need lots of plumbing back to Y then common to intercooler and out of intercooler to TB

It's a kit. I believe Mat designed it to work with the stock airbox.

Very cool and very tough to design a kit. My first turbo many years ago was not originally water cooled. Then you could buy a kit that tapped into and returned to the cooling system. Nice our trucks have oil coolers as well. Tap in there....return to oil pan?

Yeah I'm sorry I'm not sure how to search individual threads. I THINK I am up to speed now and I am glad lapoltba posted so other newbies can see the summary of OVT's posts.

And for the record, the wedding is going to be awesome. My daughter picked a great guy. They are a good couple and - well he owns a 2019 DC Tacoma!! What more can I ask??:):kona:

I didn't comment earlier, but god damn that's a lot of $$ for a wedding. The wife and I got married almost a year ago now and spent $10k and got exactly what we wanted. We planned it all ourselves and just hired a few people to do decorating and management day-of. We had about 50 people and it was perfect. I would do it again the same way in a heartbeat. We paid for it ourselves, cash with careful planning and budgeting.

If that's "what they want" (i'm assuming your daughter is the driving force here) then cool. I just find it hard to justify the crazy expense on a single day. You can make it fantastically special without taking out a 2nd mortgage.

I hear you, and frankly the cost will be closer to $20K (maybe under!) for 110 people or so. My daughter is running the show so to speak. I hyperinflated it to $30K.......:crapstorm:

Wife and I didn't want anything crazy or extravagant, so we had a small ceremony with immediate family at a beautiful covered bridge and it cost us however much gas it took us to get there lol we're lame :notsure:
